A badly located noisy room, with worn out cooker & fridge and loud neighbours. Steep slippery steps to reach it with a large bush blocking the way not at all what we expected from the description. Bed was comfy and room was clean. Above a jam factory.

We stayed one night at one of the apartments. The inventory was average, when u sat on the couch u were almost on the floor. Bed was alright. But we experienced an power failure. No electricity for the entire stay and it was not due to load shedding. Host did not offer us some kind of refund, although we could not use many things we paid for. We would not stay there again.

Went for a nearby wedding and stayed the weekend. Friendly personnel and -reception. Clean and everything in good working order. Full DSTV, if you're into TV watching. The view from the stoep is excellent. Might be a bit draughty during winter days, but the Fireplace inside the housing makes up for that. Nice Braai-place on the stoep, under cover. Visiting the near Widebraam Tasing room (walking distance), with a free tasting, was very nice. About 2 km's to town, where you can buy anything you might need for an excellent stay.
