The room is large and clean. There are leftovers from the previous guest's cooking in the refrigerator. The bathroom is ventilated quickly. There is dust on the table. There are oil stains on the entrance floor, which has not been cleaned. Breakfast is average, there are few things to eat. There are McDonald's and KFC around, and free parking is available. Mattress is too soft, not very comfortable to sleep on. Front desk service is not bad.

Average rating. Hotel was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. Not a lot of amenities. Typical economy hotel.

Stayed here on our way to Ithaca College since all hotel prices in that area had been hiked up for college open house. The hotel was clean and rooms were decent size. Breakfast was the standard food and was refilled. Would recommend this hotel.

The location was convenient, the two at the front desk were really great, the room however was just ridiculously dirty, I have pictures if you’d like. There was dust hanging all over the wooden bed frame, terribly dirty on the floors between the nightstands, shower was dirty, fried had water all over the inside and big balls of dust on the top of door. Curtains were falling apart on top. I’m a big Best Western customer and was very disappointed with this one. You should be ashamed of yourself Best Western for not keeping up with your cleanliness!
