I came down for a wedding in owerri and thought to get a room here. Found a COCKROACH in my room, I totally ignored and killed it, I mean its barely busy round the year in the hotel swamped owerri. So on my way out for dinner at Rockview, I asked the receptionist to send someone to clean it and used an insecticide because I found a roach. She offered a faint apology, and I went ahead to leave. I come home, And they didn’t have the decency to even sweep it when they “cleaned my room” As if it’s not enough, I go to the bathroom to see if they took out the roach I killed there last night also, behold it was there waiting for me.

This hotel is a good place to be. It's what we called home away from home. Starting from their reception, F&b their cleaning is wonderful. They don't delay in delivery services. Once you contact the front desk for any challenges, it will be attended to without been delayed. If you eventually forgot something in your room, it would be kept for you depending when you would return to get it. That's why it's always filled with coporate bodies.
