Everything fine apart from the final surprise. To be sure of the payment, the reception erased our electric keys and denied access to our room. Before regular check-out, 24 hours before our departure. We were treated like thieves by people far from speaking basic english, obliged to be accompanied to open our room again. Never heard before.

Die Lage und der Ausblick sind sehr schön, sofern man nicht jeden Abend über die Basare laufen will, die sind nämlich nicht fußläufig erreichbar. Für Familien sehr gut geeignet. Der Strand ist super, direkt daran angrenzend der Kinderpool und einige Rutschen (für größere Kinder und ja, auch Erwachsene sehr unterhaltsam). Das Personal (speziell Rezeption) schien etwas müde von der vergangenen Saison gewesen zu sein (wir waren im Oktober dort), was sich im "kurz angebunden" und "this is not our problem" zeigte. Das Essen war sehr ergiebig und reich an Auswahl, führte aber bei ca. 50% unserer Reisegruppe (12 Erwachsene) zu mindestens einem Tag Abstinenz von Strand und anderweitigen Unternehmungen, da der Tag mit Erbrechen und/oder Durchfall und Fieber geprägt war. Auch bei Unterhaltungen mit anderen Gästen stellte sich heraus, dass sie das gleiche Dilemma durchlebt hatten. Dementsprechend sind wir als Familie aktuell zwiegespalten, dieses Hotel zu empfehlen. Von der Lage und Aufteilung ist es sehr gut, der Rest (Essen, Rezeption) wäre aktuell nicht zu empfehlen.

Badkamer smerig, van vorige bewoners. Bedden zelf verschoond, en bij de deur gegooid. Geen controles van houskeeping..Personeel in restaurant niet (waar is de manager?) gemotiveerd, dame bij ontvangst, alleen met collega’s en telefoon bezig niet met gasten. Restaurant smerig, bestek smerig, tafels plakken van vorige dag. Zeer slecht internet, reactie receptie was…cyber aanval🤣. Tuin is mooi maar veel achterstallig onderhoud. Golfbaan niet geopend. Strand vol sigarettenpeuken. (Eingelijk liggen die overal. Hadden nog 3 dagen vakantie, snackbar, drinken, bedden,aan strand, werd opgeruimd terwijl wij er lagen. Bij strand…badlakens, ( pak de borgkaartjes zelf maar, zei die gast. ( ik zei… wij betalen wel jouw salaris.. toen gaf hij ze alsnog) TIP: met een goede manager, goede houskeeping, kun je er een geweldig hotel van maken. Maar wel met de goede mensen op de juiste plek.

We waren hier de laatste week van oktober met onze dochter en haar vriend. We kregen twee kamers in het hoofdgebouw 3e etage landzijde. De ene kamer was goed, wel erg harde bedden. De andere kamer niet heel schoon en in deze kamer kwam helaas koud water uit de kraan. Hier kon je echt niet onder kon douchen. Dit is door de receptie na twee dagen goed opgelost. We kregen nu een kamer met zeezicht, met heerlijk warm water in de douche. Het eten had redelijk keus, maar het was helaas altijd wel vrij koud. Dat is echt een verbeterpunt voor dit hotel. Het 3 gangen menu in het Italiaanse á la carte restaurant was heel lekker en ook warm. Wat hebben we genoten van de hamam met massage en wat was het een verrassing dat het aquapark nog open was. Dit zou eind oktober gesloten zijn, het water in de zwembaden was wel ontzettend koud. Alles werd in de loop van de week wel steeds meer opgeruimd, maar al met al hebben we ern fijne vakantie gehad met nog heerlijk weer voor het strand. Wel een aanrader om een auto te huren of met de Dolmus op pad te gaan, zodat je ergens heen kunt.

The hotel is listed as 5 star but this is not the reality anymore. Lot’s of renovations needed. Also not super clean. But worst of all and what could and should be changed: many of the staff are simply not kind and service-oriented. Especially the receptionist team seems to agree that it is not their responsibility to help the guests. There are exceptions and there are also nice things to say: Nice location with nice pool and beach. The food is good and the variety is ok for a week. Forget the a-la-carte option, it is the same food as in the big restaurant, just served on plates. All in all, don’t expect too much and you will not be dissapointed.

Eigenlijk is enkel het strand redelijk te noemen. Fijn zandstrand dat helaas niet wordt schoongemaakt. Eten is over het algemeen smakeloos. A la carte restaurants zijn ronduit slecht. Smakeloos eten, plastic bestek bij het dessert. WC’s worden slecht schoongemaakt. Daarnaast moet je ook wel heel goed ter been zijn om alle hellingen te overleven. Ik en mijn gezelschap zullen hier zeker niet meer terugkomen

Well its not a 5 stare more like a 3 stare, Hotel is in a very nice place, but dose need a bit of TLC, we was there 10 days and only see a cleaner on the last day cleaning around the pools, Food in the morning was cold apart from the Eggs, but the man doing the eggs was so rude, the evening meal was a lot better, The man doing the pizza at the snack bar was great so helpful as was the young lady doing the drink there, they don't under stand English very well if you talk to them polite they all are always nice back, if you talk to them like sh t then expected back, the waiters in the main restaurant look lost no one to show them what to do, Just standing there playing a plastic toy, over all we would not go back,

Hotel from hell. We stayed for 7 days, room was missing a bed and caretaker had to get one from another room. We had a power cut the next day and lost all water in the bathroom. Sink, shower and toilet; called reception and it was on within a few mins, but when turned on all this brown water came out… The food halls were infested with flies, just sitting on every piece of food!!! The outside food huts were also infested with flies! Please do not book this hotel, it needs to be closed down. Environmental health needs to be called in for food hygiene and safety concerns before someone gets seriously ill. The rooms were freezing in the night and had to call reception for extra blankets as ac and heating not working The kitchen staff were rude, most just laugh at you while talking to their co workers, probably cause most had no choice but to eat the food. The wifi signal is very pool, not much to do. Hotel needs new management because to have it still running under these circumstances is diabolic. Please avoid at all cost!!! Not a five star, shouldn't even be open for business.

byliśmy na wakacjach dwa razy w 2023 maj i 2024 maj ( 2 dorośli 2 dzieci) zalety: - widoki - plaża - jedzenie - atrakcje ( w 2024 otwarte tydzień później 2 zjeżdżalnie - to do poprawy) wady: - pokoje wymagają malowania - łazienki wymagają poprawek malowanie -sprzątanie pokoje ( wydaje mi się że w 2023 było lepiej) może zbyt mało personelu sprzątającego ? - obsługa śniadania starali się ale widać brak doświadczenia ( znów w 2023 było lepiej) ogólnie hotel miły i przyjemny, ale wymagający odrobinę odświeżenia :) mniej menagerów więcej pracowników ;) w przyszłym roku znów tam jedziemy ( 2025) i znów zdam relację ;) ogólna ocena 7/10 ( po poprawie serwisu i kelnerów i odmalowaniu pokoi mocne 9.5/10 ;) -------------------------------------------- we were on vacation twice in May 2023 and May 2024 (2 adults 2 children) advantages: - views - beach - food - attractions (2 slides open a week later in 2024 - this needs improvement) defects: - rooms need painting - bathrooms require painting corrections -cleaning the rooms (I think it was better in 2023) maybe too few cleaning staff? - breakfast staff tried their best, but they clearly lacked experience (it was better again in 2023) overall, a nice and pleasant hotel, but needs a bit of refreshment :) fewer managers more employees ;) We're going there again next year (2025) and I'll report back again ;) overall rating 7/10 (after improving the service and waiters and repainting the rooms, a strong 9.5/10 ;)
