We had reservations for a nearby hotel through a tour group. After checking in and seeing our room to say we were disappointed would be an understatement. We took a walk at night on “ walking street”. We saw the Luxury Hotel and I checked online through ******* . I reserved the hotel using my points. Very good investment. Clean, secure, great location. The staff was friendly and professional. The breakfast included with the room was very good. I will stay again when in Cao Bang.

Nous avons choisi le Luxury Hotel Cao Bang (#2) et sommes très satisfaits des équipements, tels que : équipement de la chambre, literie, sanitaires, toilettes. Vous trouverez ici des chambres assez spacieuses. Et très satisfait de l'agent de sécurité car il est très enthousiaste à l'idée d'aider. Mais nous pensons que le personnel de la réception doit savoir mieux communiquer avec les clients : ils ne sourient presque jamais et se contentent de s'asseoir sur la chaise tout en s'enregistrant avec les clients. Les repas sous forme de buffet sont également temporaires. Bon emplacement, facile à visiter la ville de Cao Bang.
