Très bel endroit avec une vue exceptionnelle et une super piscine. Très bon petit déjeuner ! Je recommande mais par contre attention c’est loin du centre ville. Idéalement il faut être en scooter pour apprécier le reste de la ville. L’hôtel est situé dans une colline.

Hotel superbement situé, avec vue imprenable sur les rizières. Piscine très agréable. L'hôtel fournit gratuitement des vélos pour se balader dans les environs. La chambre est très propre et confortable. Très calme la nuit. Personnel très efficace et souriant. Le petit déj/restaurant est un peu en dessous de ceux des autres hôtels victoria du delta du Mékong (moins de choix) mais c'est quand même très bien.

Khu nghỉ dưỡng trên núi, đường lên dễ dàng cả với oto, tầm nhìn rất đẹp xuống đồng ruộng, phòng rộng rãi và có ban công riêng to. Xứng đánh trải nghiệm khi lưu trú tại Châu Đốc.

Il n’y a pas assez de chaises longues au bord de la piscine, et lorsque l’on en demande on nous dit qu’il n’y a en a plus. Il n’y a que 10 chaises longues alors qu’il en faudrait au moins le double. Les clients sont obligés de s’allonger par terre sur les carreaux. Pourtant il y a largement la place autour de la piscine pour mettre davantage de chaises longues. Il y a même une terrasse en contre-bas de la piscine, qui pourrait accueillir de nouvelles chaises longues. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi les gérants de l’hôtel n’achètent pas davantage de chaises longues. C’est ridicule et ça ne correspond pas au standing de l’hôtel. Pour le reste, le personnel est adorable, le restaurant est bon, et la vue est belle (bien que parfois/souvent brumeuse mais c’est le jeu de la météo). Le prix est bien trop élevé (100€/nuit pour nous, en hors saison…) par rapport aux autres hôtels au Vietnam, surtout pour s’allonger par terre sur les carreaux durs. J’espère que ce point sera changé pour les prochains clients.

Khách sạn xinh xắn gồm 40 phòng nghỉ nằm ở lưng chừng núi Sam, các phòng có ban công rất rộng, có view nhìn xuống cánh đồng lúa bên dưới. Resort thiết kế kiểu Pháp, hòa mình vào thiên nhiên. Vì ở triền núi nên việc di chuyển chắc chắn phải qua rất nhiều bậc thang lên xuống, nhìn thì đẹp và nên thơ nhưng sẽ không thích hợp lắm với người già gặp khó khăn về việc di chuyển. Vì thiết kế thân thiện với môi trường nên không sử dụng thang máy và khu vực nhà hàng thiết kế mở, không có máy lạnh nên buổi trưa ở nhà hàng hơi nóng, và buổi tối thì có muỗi. Phòng đẹp, nhà tắm thiết kế kiểu cũ, nội thất cũng cũ, nhưng vì tổng thể resort rất đẹp nên đây cũng không phải là vấn đề đáng kể. Nhân viên bellboy tất cả đều cực kỳ nhiệt tình, dễ thương, tạo ấn tượng rất tốt.
