It is very bad service and the staff is very good 👍. Not clean properly and no access to anything in the room like AC, geyser, call to the reception for switch off and ON, that's very terrible.

It was terrible. Hotel was dirty. Washroom was very very dirty after calling back to back they are not coming for cleaning. On 11* they shift us in other. Hotel saying for today our hotel is sold-out
