Property is well maintained. Rooms were well maintained. Breakfast was good. Parking is available. Washroom were clean. Overall good and recommended for family.

This the one place always gonna be close to my heart. Property is very well maintained with beautiful gardern area and different varieties of flowers. Service was fine with limited food options still much better for place like Panchmari. We stayed in Heritage rooms which are very spacious and comfortable specially when you have kids. Even deluxe rooms are very good. Very budget friendly since services offered are very good. Staff is very polite and help full. One of the best locations in Panchmari.

With Family Stayed 20th Sept-24 to 21st Sept-24, room & others excellent facility available. All Staff including In charges fully taken care of Guests till reaching at Satpura Retreat and leaving any types of support provided. Foods are delicious like home made. Restaurant staff are always at our service with excellent Location was excellent, anybody stay and enjoy the vacation. Overall excellent

property was good for stay.. nearby to all top point.. easy to find location.Rooms was clean and spacious.seevice staff was very supportive and service was good. Food quality and tast was also good.need some extra activities like indor games,pool etc

I would rate it at 3. The property is excellent. But is very poorly maintained. The floors are sticky. No towels in the bathrooms. No water in the rooms also the locks of the rooms don't work.

Good place , best hospitality & thanks to pratik ji for a Good service , Beautiful ambiance, Polite and helpfull staff, great food and wonderful garden. Good and prompt room service .Calm and good location. A very good place to enjoy a family vacation . Big rooms with Colonial guest house type architecture .

The location of the resort is good. It’s peaceful and surrounded by nature. The hotel staff is warm and welcoming. The rooms are spacious. My suggestion is to book cottage which have a lovely garden view. The hotel pays attention to the beautification and cleanliness of the place. Chefs are good and prepare home like food. My recommendation to hotel is to pay attention towards the room furnishing specially the curtains which seems like washed long time ago and sofa cover which need dry cleaning badly. The bed covers needs to be more clean and they should smell nice and good.
