I am Dai from China. I was very satisfied with my stay for 3 days. Especially the two brothers showed their care and help to me. I was very touched and left their contact information. I will definitely stay here next time. The environment is very good. Well, the most important thing is that it’s cheap, a bed for 45-50 yuan. This brother took me to play on a motorcycle. I gave him gas money, and then I went to eat Padang rice. He recommended two hotels and I said yes. It’s better if it’s cheaper and not so expensive. He was happy to go with me. This brother is really nice and kind. I’m leaving here today and he even took me to the train station on his motorcycle. I was really touched. I hope he is a good man and has a safe life. The boss is his brother. He gave me a charger and helped me plug in the socket. I have stayed in many hotels and this is the first time I have given a good review. It comes from the bottom of my heart. After drinking two bottles of beer, it was okay. After bargaining, the boss charged me 90,000 Indonesian rupiah less. I was deeply touched, especially in a foreign country. This warmth is really heart-warming. I will definitely stay here again next time I come, at least for half a month, this time. Because I have traveled abroad to visit several countries and it’s time to go home, I sincerely give it a 5-star review. 👍

Nice hotel in a quiet location, but still central. The room is spacious with a lot of depot area. I loved the many lights and lamps. The air conditioning is super quiet. The bathroom is spacious. Wifi worked super. The staff is friendly. I also used the laundry service, which has also super-slapened. Breakfast is enough. In the restaurant there are few vegetarian dishes or they were not available either. I ordered something at the grave in the second night.

Comfortable place to stay because have many things their provide such as transport to attraction place, air conditioner at the lobby. Thanks for the trip recommend to stay at this hotel, also get the nice voucher to use . I love you all so much. Will come again to padang. Nice view near beach, and cold

It has king size bed (i thought it would be queen size) and the room is very clean, the shower is good. Water pressure is very good and hot water run well. GGuest UserSURFERS BEWARE. If you are booking for a surf trip, I would highly suggest looking elsewhere. This hotel is completely unorganized, will lose your bag, and tell you ”too bad” with 0 compensation. Mercure Hotel gave me a claim tag for my surfboard bag with my name all over it, and still managed to mess that up and give my bag to someone else flying to another country. You will see walking into the hotel how unorganized the bag situation is. It took 5 days for them just to recover the bag. When the bag was returned, stuff in my bag was stolen including all of my fins which were needed to surf. This hotel single handedly managed to ruin a surf trip I saved up and planned for a year in less than 12 hours of me staying at the hotel. What is even more pathetic, they also refused to reimburse me for only a few sets of the fins, which is all I requested. I was incredibly patient, waited 11 days for them to get this figured out all for them to tell me sorry, we'll comp your room upon return. Comically bad experience Also, they play thumping music until 5am which other reviews have alluded to, so if you do not want that, find lodging elsewhere. One of the managers deletes their messages every 24 hrs, but here is a screenshot showing the basis of their communication, responded every few days with ”checking” or ”I'll let you know later”.

Hharun hasbiworth the price close to everywhere the seaview.. rumah makan & mall all just walkable. stayed here because of the location is very good near to everywhere. the only thing i frustrated about the room the towels provided was very low quality towels very hard to absorb wetness everytime after taking bath. hopefully in future reddoorz should provide towels that have fabric suitable to absorb wetness even is not a thick towels like 4 star hotel cheap towels also can provided the fabric is good.besides that I think this hotel is very good because of it's location.. close to plaza andalas mall..big supermarket..rumah makan.. seaview..small mart.. coffee shop & all you need is here

AAnonymous UserThe room is very clean and its very near to Masjid Al Hakim. Only 5mins walking distance to the beach too. The toilet also clean and they also provide water dispenser, so no hustle to worry to buy mineral water together with the iron (upon request). I also used the laundry service which is very good and the price also quite cheap. I went during Ramadan, hence anyone who want to discover Padang during Ramadan, i would really recommend to stay at this hotel!

The wi-fi signal cannot reach the room. The television is very small and old school.
