The wifi unaable to connect, when i call the receptionist no one answered, the ac is not cold

sprei nya nggk bersih, tv nya outdated, need a big renovation for this hotel tho 😊

The hotel is above average if you get a good discount for the room. Everything is ok but furniture is a little old and some food on breakfast running out fast

Went here with families, used to be 4 star hotels but now i think it has downgraded to 3 star. I’m sorry but yeah, everything needs improvement:)

Pelatanan baik, hanya saja banyak yg harus diperbaiki terakhir kesana 2 tahun yang lalu masih oke. Shower kurang keluar, Acnya juga kurang terasa

The service is good, it's just that there is a lot that needs to be repaired. The last time I was there 2 years ago it was still okay. The shower doesn't come out enough, the AC also doesn't feel like it

nginap disini nyaman sekali tapi lift nya agak bau dan sarapannya pun lumayan enak dan bervariasi

Staying here is very comfortable but the elevator is a bit smelly and the breakfast is quite tasty and varied

Hotel sekelas bintang 4 bath towel nya lebih parah dr i oyo bath towelnya bolong2 dan pinggirnya berenda2.menu BF nya rata2 asin mlai dri mie goreng dan kerupuk mie nya loby nya pun bau apek TDK wangi

A 4 star class hotel, the bath towels are worse than Oyo's, the bath towels have holes and the edges are lacy. The BF menu is generally salty, starting with the fried noodles and noodle crackers. The lobby also smells musty and doesn't smell good.

Kamarnya luas,, resepsionis ramah,, kolam renang besar,, ac lumayanan dingin tpi kulkasnya rusak..

The rooms are spacious, the receptionist is friendly, the swimming pool is large, the air conditioning is quite cold but the refrigerator is broken...

Very nice hotel, all the staff is great and helpful and the food is very delicious and there are great services that I recommend and every time I visit padang I live in it Thank you very much for their good treatment and good services. And I want to say thanks alot to mrs fajre for everything

So far the service is comfortable, the place is nice and comfortable. The room is spacious. Will recommend to other school ... I have been in school for 10 years for the first time here meranta is very satisfied. Thank you Kyriad Bumi minang hotel

I enjoyed stay there because they has a nice breakfast, the room was average, the hallway was smell bad and the internet was very slow in the room i think because i choose the smoking room. but still i stayed here two times because they has nice breakfast and good swimming pool. overall it was good
