Pay attention to their cancelation policy. The hotel is unwilling to come to a solution and not making any effort to compensate. Their communication strategy is to not communicate and hide behind ‘policies’. My booking organisation was willing to come to an agreement and tried 2 times to settle things, the hotel however was not. Poor poor service!

It's good position and good sight-seeing but air condition didn't work and employee just said 'I'm sorry' and I had to sleep and sweat all night due to hot weather even hotel.

Great stay. Clean, quiet and with good facilities. Secure Parking on site at 15 euros per day. Close to town and restaurants. Staff really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really nice with loads of choice to suit everyone. Bar cosy with a late night bar menu.

Beautiful rooms and hotel is kept to an excellent standard. The staff are superb, extremely efficient but so friendly at the same time. Breakfast has a great variety of choice and has an excellent standard. There is an open air section to enjoy your breakfast on a nice morning. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel. It is also in an excellent position to explore Paderborn.

Overall hotel is OK. It is one of the best in the city but that does not mean it is good. Rooms were fairly warm and stuffy as the AC was poor. Breakfast was OK at best. Pillows have an air bladder in them which makes them "interesting" but not good. Need to invest in real pillows. Hotel has a pool and sauna on the top floor. They really need to invest in small gymnasium with a weight machine or two, a couple of treadmills, and maybe an elliptical. The staff, especially in the lounge / restaurant were quite good.

I am a corporate flight attendant and stayed only for one night. Staff is great, well located and Marius from F&B was absolutely unstoppable and amazing, helped me with all my special orders and was always smiling. Super recommend this hotel :)

Return trip to Paderborn to meet up with old friends. This is the best hotel in the centre in my opinion. Views of the Dom from the room are fabulous. Can be noisy as it is in the centre of a busy city but you are near everything. Plenty of options for breakfast nearby if you don't want the 17 euro buffet.

We stayed overnight in this hotel and booked a deluxe room. It was really great, very spacious, well equipped, clean and with a great view (with floor-to-ceiling windows). The bathroom was also very large and had lots of storage space. All in all, we were extremely happy with the room! The reception is not particularly special. It was my birthday and no one noticed. This is not what you would expect from other hotels, but it wasn't a big deal. We didn't use any of the hotel's services, neither the restaurant nor breakfast. We took a look at the restaurant, but we didn't find it particularly cozy or appealing. The same goes for the bar, which we wanted to go to in the evening. We took a drink back to our room, which was cozy... The location of the hotel is very good.
