The location is the best for traveler who wanna start their visit with Hourseshoe Bend. The room is clean but the staff is not knowledgeable when you book the room from third party.

Very close to the dam, the hotel is very quiet, next to a square where it is convenient to eat, the breakfast is satisfactory, the mattress is very comfortable, relieves the fatigue of the journey, but the light ***** above the window makes the room bright

I found myself very badly. I absolutely do not recommend.
After checking in, I went to my room and found two drunk guys sleeping in my beds. I was 19 and I was alone. They kept claiming that the room had been assigned to them but when I went to ask for an explanation at the reception, I realized that it was not true and that they were not even guests of the hostel. I wonder how they could have entered without the key. After they changed my room, I decided to figure out if the door could be opened by outside people without using a key. I left my personal items inside the room and tried to open the door from the outside. The door wouldn't open, even when I tried the key. The lock was broken. To be able to open the door it was necessary to enter through the window overlooking the fire escape. In all of this, I lost two hours of my time. I therefore decided not to sleep in the hostel, as I did not feel safe sleeping with a door with a broken lock and I booked another one. Plus the bathroom doors were broken, they had huge holes in them.

The attitude of the staff who guided me when I checked in was so
It was bad.
However, the accommodation was clean, the breakfast was good, and I was generally satisfied.

Highly recommend this fast hotel, free parking! The location is good, next to a small square where you can eat (recommended restaurant name is New York teriyaki). It's only 5-6 minutes drive from the center. The room is big and clean. There is also a refrigerator and microwave, and breakfast is included. I will return it next time Will this hotel, super cost-effective!
My family and I stayed in 2 rooms for 2 nights during a visit to Upper Antelope Canyon. The hotel is among a group of hotels in a rather industrial-looking area. Our rooms on the 4th floor faced the backside of utility yard. Made sense because the Glen Canyon Dam was nearby. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was very good. The front desk staff were polite but not very engaging. Dining options were limited but the restaurants we went to (Gone West and El Tapatio) in town were very good. Overall, a nice stay.

We stayed here mid-way through our Southwest trip. The laundry facilities were the perfect amenity for us.

Hotel looks good and started good, but I measure hotel on quality of sleep. The hotel air conditioning was noisy all night and with fridge noise and bathroom extractor not stopping had bad nights sleep.
