I’ve had an exemplary experience during my stay at Yuba City’s travelodge. Brandon and nick at the front desk have been very helpful and have worked with me to extend my stay several times. They are friendly and customer oriented, and it makes you want to come back again and again. The housekeeping staff is also an A+ as well as anyone else who has been at the front desk when I needed them. I recommend staying here out of any other Yuba county hotel options. And to the staff- Keep delivering an A+ experience! Thank you!

The hotel is close to Horseshoe Bay, Antelope Canyon and other places. The parking lot was left on the side of the road and it felt a bit unreliable, but it was also the case in most American country hotels. Hotel service is not bad, the room is a bit small, the facilities are medium level.

Breakfast: OK, there is still a gap compared to other hotels, and the amount of breakfast is not enough. The homemade muffins are not so delicious, American scrambled eggs are ok. But there can be canyon scenery outside the restaurant, I still enjoy breakfast
Location: Beside Lake Powell, it is especially convenient to go to Antelope Valley, which is a short drive away. I live here for the district of Antelope Valley and Horseshoe Bay.
Nearby restaurants: It ’s very inconvenient to eat at night. There is nothing to eat. It arrives at more than ten in the evening. Only one Pizza Hut is still open, and Pizza Hut is hard to eat.
Dissatisfied: The internal structure of the hotel is a bit strange, the stairs upstairs are a bit small, the walkways are not straight, and the hallways are not very neat. The layout of the room is not very good, it is not square, the bathroom has to be around the corner, and the shower room also needs to stand in the bathtub to take a bath.
The balcony is good, although it is not square, but the sun is direct. The trees outside the balcony are still close to nature.
Hope to improve it, it will be better in the future.

Hotel was great with a great view of the dam. Breakfast was also good. Staff kept the food containers full even though the place was packed. Nice Job!

We Had a very pleasant stay. The rooms were very clean, large and comfortable beds. Shopping and restaurants are less than 5 mins away. And the lake is 15 mins away. No traffic noise. I recommend this place.

I have finally found the perfectly designed hotel room! Not kidding. Hyatt really did design an amazing hotel room. All the gripes over the years I've had with poorly thought out hotel rooms has stopped with Hyatt Place. Whenever we travel after this, we're going to be looking for Hyatt Place locations. What a great room - great bed with nightstands with easy access plugs and great reading lights. The living room has an awesome L shaped couch with a comfy ottoman for putting your feet up to watch TV. There is a room divider between the bed and living area so that someone can be up reading and not bother someone in bed. There is a mini fridge and plenty of desk space . I love all the lamps in the room with easy on/off toggle switches. The bathroom is awesome - tons of counter space, which is nice for women travelers who have a lot of products. A real shower door! That's a plus. We've stayed in too many hotels that have open, trendy showers where you can't get warm in the shower. Thank you for a real door on the bathroom and great lighting. There's two switches in the bathroom, one being a lower brightness light that comes on, which is nice when you get up in the middle of the night. Love the big shelf underneath the bathroom sink for stashing your stuff. PLUS there is a great bar/dining area downstairs with AWESOME staff - we went down every afternoon or evening and hung out and had drinks and dinner. We didn't want to even leave this place to go into town to eat. Great menu - awesome patio with fire pits, comfy furniture and beautiful sunsets. Lots of international travelers made it interesting. LOVE THIS PLACE! Thanks to all the great staff for a perfect stay. Thank you, Hyatt!

A very lovely stay. Huge clean rooms with large and comfortable king bed, separate living room area, microwave and coffee machine in the room. There is a 24hour tea coffee making station at the lobby as well with takeaway paper cups. Breakfast was simple but good, including waffles, bagels, toasts, eggs, sausages, cereal, yogurt, sauces and spread. Hot drinks and juices were served.

We have service dogs. Upon checking in, the owner of the hotel and who also owns Country Inn and Rodeway Inn in Page, Az, his name is Deepak, asked us why we have service dogs and what disease we have to have service dogs. We’re too tired to argue with him after driving for 9 hours from Los Angeles. We showed him the service dog IDs and told him the disease we have. The owner, Deepak, even told us that it is illegal to ask what disease we have but he still wants to know since he’s the owner and he claimed that people lie. We were placed on the ground floor because of the service dogs when our room that we booked through booking.com has a mountaintop view and balcony. Our room didn’t have a balcony or mountain view, it was facing the parking lot. We booked for a deluxe king suite. Also, one of the sinks was clogged up. We could not wait for the handyman to do the repair since we have to rush out to our scheduled tour. The breakfast was TERRIBLE. There were no juices, cereal and milk available as advertised. The frozen breakfast sandwich was awful. The muffin was ok. When we asked for breakfast, the girl at the front desk said they didn’t have any. When I insisted to check the back room, she came back with a box full of sandwiches and muffins. I asked her why do you to have to lie and her response was do not give me a bad day. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. We feel we were defrauded. Very bad customer service. We complained to Booking.com but they did not document our complaint accurately. We’re really disappointed with both the hotel and booking.com.

My wife and I arrived at the property and checked in. When we got up to the room we realized it didn't have ADA features such as grab bars in the restroom Etc. When we went back downstairs, the desk clerk informed us that she did not have any ADA rooms available. When we requested a refund, she said ”I can't refund you because you already checked in”. At that point, we said let us speak to the manager. She responded by saying the manager is only available via email. Only when we refused to leave the desk area did she get the manager on the phone. Do not go to this property if you need ADA facilities!
