The spa experience at the Springs resort was excellent. Professional, comfortable, staff especially Jordyn was very helpful and courteous. My wife had Stephanie for a massage and she loved it, gifted at her craft and I had Amanda and she was equally gifted and excellent at what she does.

Had such a great visit again at the springs. Luis was our server and he was so great and personal. Fast and friendly service!! He asked how we were doing and came back to check on us. He has a great smile. Arianna made us great drinks and Anthony came up to check on us. Jamie at the front desk was so friendly!!!

Review for the hot springs, bath house & personnel there only. This is the BEST hot springs in the USA! Over 20 hot tubs with different temps. If u buy the upper deck VIP hot tubs it’s about 30 hot tubs. Each tub is different temps. All springs water have essential type minerals that can help with high blood pressure, stress, weight loss, headaches, and more. Buying the yearly pass is most economy, but what you can afford is best. Been coming here for over a decade and love it any time of the year. If u have someone handicap, they can assist with wheelchairs, too by giving access in other area to enter the springs.

The spa is amazing. Jess is a fabulous host. And if you get a massage ask for Ann or Terry. The massages were in the top three we’ve ever had. I highly recommend the Springs Spa for some rest and relaxation. The location can’t be beat either. You won’t regret it.

Spring Resorts is a must visit. I celebrated my 60th birthday while we were there. The staff made me feel so special, including Elisa, Luis and Tarra!!! The aqua aerobics and aqua sound meditation. Lead by Elisa was just what I needed to relax. Tarra surprised me by placing birthday treats in my room!!! Thank you!!!

We stayed in a Classic King room. The resort has a check-in time of 4pm, check-out time of 10am. Our room wasn’t ready until 5:00. Very subpar room for a premium price ($419.) Noisy window air conditioner, slow draining sink, blasted by water in the face when you turned the shower on and a shower curtain that allowed water to spill onto the floor. Small room, no closet doors, ripped belt loop on robe. On the positive side, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else if you want to go to the hot springs.

Amazing views! Most pools have a view of the river. Must see for sunset. Friendliest and most attentive servers. I haven't been so relaxed in a long time. Drink prices appear high, but turn out to be a great value. If you are trying to escape the kiddos, there is a great "VIP" area to relax in.
