River View Resort Pahalgam

The accommodation in River View Resort, Pahalgam was excellent. They do provide room heater, electric bed heaters, LED TV, 24 Hr. Hot & Cold water, Room Carpet, river view surroundings, Riverside Bon fire. Food is also excellent. The owner and staff are polite and helpful

Nice location. Rooms were cozy nd neat. But lil costly. Food is tasteless nd not enough amenities in room as per price...they dont even provide a dental kit in rooms. Staff is cooperative nd helpful. Will plan again for the same. Overall not bad

Location: This is a little away from the main road and the approach road may not seem to be good but you'll find other good hotels too on the way, and after reaching the hotel I'm sure you'll not be disappointed. One can always, go down till the river and spend a good time. Rooms: Rooms are good in size with good views from big Window Panel on the River side rooms. Bathroom was clean and towels were in good condition. They are using a boiler for Running Hot water supply. Food And Services: Food was decent, Limited options in breakfast but decent. As I read in one of the review for the problem of "Flies", I found some in the dining area in the morning and I had to ask the Manager to cover the food to avoid contamination. My request was addressed promptly, but it is expected from the staff to act without being prompted.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at River View Resort. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The ambiance of the hotel was truly stunning, with a serene and relaxing atmosphere. One of the highlights of my stay was the easy access to the river, mountain & clouds. The scenic views were breathtaking from the window of my room. The lawn of this resort is beautifully organized and was a perfect spot to enjoy the nature. The hotel's housing facilities were top-notch, providing comfortable and well-maintained accommodations. The buffet food was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. The flavors were well-balanced, and the spice level was just right. Overall, my experience was exceptional and definitely memorable.

* The heating process in the bedroom was very slow. * The staff in the restaurant was not much co-operative in terms of courtesy towards children. * As it was roof top so it was little cozy in the bathroom to stand.

Hotel doesn't know basic hospitality meaning, manager is very rude and restaurant service not friendly. Be careful with manager as he only say my policy or style of working. Kindly ask about inclusion, room type,meals before booking and hotel has power issues as well
