We loved their hospitality, especially Mr.Mansoor and Mr.Amir who took extreme hand to give us more than we need. Thanks for the pancake for kid :)) View was so good from the room and The room was well cleaned and every help was met promptly. Sure to visit again!

Royal Hilton was our chosen destination for 3nights for a family of five. The hospitality and warmth it generated made us wish for a lengthier stay! From the kind guards to the ever helpful Mr swaaliheen at the front desk. The dream waitstaff; Mr Manzoor, Mr Adil, Mr Aamir, Mr Liyaqat, Mr Azhar and chef Junid and Younas. Food was divine but the care and friendliness from them made our holiday extra special. Hotel and staff very kid friendly and safe. Despite the extreme cold temps, room was comfortably warm and perfectly hot running water at all times. Excellent ambience and beautiful views... Would recommend Royal Hilton to everyone planning a trip to Pahalgam.

Regarding my reviews.....it would be definitely Aadil and the entire F&B team who took care of us as though we were their family every request of our was adhered to.Your staff are your assest please treasure them.Even the rooms were cozy and Phalgam had mesmerizing effect on us. Lubna

The F&B staff, especially Adil & Faizab, are so kind and helpful. Whenever I require anything, they go out of their way to provide the best services. I am truly grateful. Overall, our stay has been pleasant and comfortable. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

Hotel premises - one word beautiful. Rooms - beautiful and well maintained. Food and beverage - delicious. Hotel staff - courteous and hospitable. Amenities - all required amenities were available promptly.

The hotel is nicely located with major peak views like Kolahoi, Amarnath, etc.. Food is awesome and service is great. The staff is very polite and always ready for service. Tried Trout fish in Kashmir for the first time, it was delicous. Quick suggestion: choose west-view rooms on the north side for best panoramic views.

Had 4 not stay. Very good location i centre, yet away from all traffic and chaos. Very decent sized rooms, excellent polite, helpful staff. Food average plus. Nothing very great but quite good. Rates as per market. Nice mountain view, very beautiful garden.
