Location is uphill among pine trees with beautiful ambience. The food is manageable. The hygiene of room including toilets could be improved.

Pahalgam being a natural beauty itself…-atop sits the aksa resorts giving u a great picturesque location ,and a serene place to enjoy with family,the bine fire at the night ,great hospitality at dinner by aquib and naeeim .A lovely place to stay.The place is difficult to reach due to its location , and narrow roads

I hv already submitted review. Room was terribly dirty. First they showed me the worst room. I paid more than 7400 for one night. It was not worth more than 1500.

It was the worst stay experience ever we had. No bottled water was provided. No hot water till next morning. Rooms were unclean. No tea bags or milk powder sachets were given even after requests for children and senior citizens. Internet was not working and wifi password was also given after asking multiple times. The hotel staff was not wanting to help and very reluctant. Just at the time of checkout, staff came running asking for tip and helped with baggage.
