We had our lunch at welcome lolaab. It was a dreamy experience to have such amazing food with live snowfall. Ambience is great, top notch service by staff, special thanks to Mr. Lateef. Food is delicious. All the items are superb. If you are in pahalgam it's a must visit.

From the moment we arrived at Welcomhotel Pine N Peak, we were greeted with warm hospitality and high tea, thanks to Asmat Bashir, who had thoughtfully informed the staff about our arrival. Every detail was taken care of—our room was upgraded to one with a better view, and transport was seamlessly arranged for dinner at their sister property. A highlight of our stay was meeting Yawal Rasool, a young, kind, and genuinely warm individual who went above and beyond to ensure our experience was exceptional. He stayed late for our private bonfire, shared stories about Pahalgam, and even showed up early at breakfast to ensure everything went smoothly. As a farewell gesture, he surprised us with a cake, a thoughtful touch we truly appreciated. The General Manager’s suggestion to visit the nearby golf course was another delightful experience and a decision we’re glad we made. Overall, it was a beautiful and memorable stay, made special by the dedication and warmth of the entire team. Best regards, M.P. Singh

I highly recommend Welcomhotel. The location is perfect, the staff is excellent and the food is wonderful. The rooms and amenities are modern and thoughtfully laid out. I had the pleasure of being cared for by Yawar. He is simply a pleasure. He is extremely courteous and has attention to detail. He ensured that all my needs were met with a high degree of professionalism. He is the reason my trip felt extra special. The monkey's are a fun extra bonus! 😀

Great hotel with serendipity. We stayed here for a short stay and found everything in place. Best service and food. Staff is amazing and went beyond limits to give us top end experience. The location of the hotel in nestled in lush green forests. Recommending this boutique hotel to everyone

We had a warm welcome from Shoaib. Rooms were neat, clean and spacious with all the amenities. Property was in a fantastic location in a valley surrounded by snow capped mountains. The property is away from town- so is peaceful and quiet . Quisine is excellent.

The place was amazing. Excellent Hospitality by all especially Rashid and Yawar. Everything was fantastic! Food and room was great. Location was amazing. Highly recommended! House keeping was also great. Found the food a little expensive.
