Hotels near Mueang Paeng Hot Spring, Pai

Not a bad place to stay for a couple of nights. It’s within walking distance of the main downtown area of Pai. Good little local restaurants nearby. Easy to find across the street from the Purple Gorilla Backpackers. The shower floor looked pretty grungy (flip flops were provided) and the WiFi strength was sketchy. But the shower water pressure was good, the a/c worked well and the bed/pillows were comfortable. It cost $27/night for 3 of us. The front desk spoke some English. Coffee and tea available in the lobby in the mornings. No restaurant or breakfast provided. Room included a fridge.

Overall a lovely stay with no issues. A great price for what you get. The hotel has a fantastic location on the Main Street. Everything is within a 10 minute walk. You can’t fault the location. The rooms are large and spacious. Clean and tidy. With a Fan and AC. Fridge, kettle, hairdryer, tea/coffee and water provided. The staff were lovely. They didn’t have good English, but tried there best. Breakfast was included. Was a selection of tea/coffee/juice/water, toast, cereals and fruit to have. With 1 choice of a freshly cooked main dish, such as omelettes.

Nice hotel situated near to the main walking street in Pai. Our ground floor room was spacious with a large bed and lovely terrace overlooking the pool. The toilet and shower were a little bit claustrophobic. The pool was clean at the start of our stay however turned a murky green colour in the last days.

Village hut style rooms are compact and non sound proof so your neighbor does hear u rocking the bed or squelchy floorboard while u walk around. 3 car lot just at front of hotel along a busy street that turn into a night market infused with scooters for rental and bars. Seconds away from street food. Lovely frog sounds while u sleep. Muzzie coil are provided daily. Simple breakfast menu and not bad chargrill steak at night. Housekeeping does provide random gift/staff every evening.

I enjoyed my three days here. It is well located in the city center, the rooms are modernly decorated, very clean and free wifi. The first floor is very beautiful, with a large wooden pavilion in the middle, with comfortable cushions and a variety of books. The waiters were friendly and helpful, especially Neung, very enthusiastic (on the map) to point us out the places to play inside and outside the hotel. She is very talented and really makes me feel welcome and cherished. I will definitely come back later.

Friendly welcome, upgraded to swim up room which I would highly recommend. Small issue with payment which was promptly rectified, room was amazing with a very comfortable bed. Complimentary snacks and sodas with excellent bathroom amenities. Location cannot be beaten right on the corner of walking street. Pai has a very relaxed vibe and this hotel continues that theme. Would highly recommend

While this is 20 mins walk or 5 min drive away from the main walking street, the tranquil surroundings aid in peaceful sleep apart from a few roosters crowing in the morning. The hotel is very safe as the owner will lock it up with an electronic locker from 11pm. Cozy and not crowded at all....with 7 eleven nearby as well. The owner is a really nice and honest chap who passed me back money that i accidentally dropped at the resort. The space may be tiny but for a solo traveller, it was gd. The room is clean and bed relatively comfortable. But the shower heater doesnt seem to work well. The staff are warm and friendly. While the breakfast is simple, it has a good home cooked meal. And yes it is just next door to Pai Yoga Shala a lovely yoga studio run and owned by nice Thai lady. Dropped in for a nice yoga class in the morning and enjoyed the vinyasa class.

Lovely hotel, perfect walking distance from Pai centre. Free shuttle also offered. Breakfast is fresh and delicious. Big mugs for coffee, large bowls for cereal. Eggs made to order. Loved the finishing touches, robes, local soaps and herbal washes. Room is perfect, views to die for. Absolute value for money, would certainly book every time. My baby catered for with extra water, towels and a huge comfy cot.

we love the villa. we was upgraded by Mr Van to the Grand Villa which consist of 3 rooms of course with a private pool too. Mr Van & Sam are so helpful every time i have requests they will fulfil it . It was a memorable & relaxing stay in this secluded area . We love it. Definitely will be back when i'm Pai. 🤩

This resort is perfectly located a few short miles from the busy activity of Pai town and major tourist attractions. The breakfast options (included in the price) included Muesli with yogurt or honey, French Toast, or full American Breakfast. Fresh tropical fruit from local farms is included with each. Finally, the coffee options included American coffee, espresso, cappuccino, latte made from freshly ground coffee beans from northern Thailand. We have lived and travelled in Thailand for 8 years. This resort ticks all the boxes! We will return--often!
