The layout of the room is very suitable for family travel. There is a master bedroom, a second bedroom, two bathrooms, and one of them has a steam sauna. The kitchen is equipped with all kinds of pots and pans, coffee machines, outdoor barbecue grills, etc., and the equipment is very new. The balcony of the master bedroom and the balcony of the living room face the sea. The environment is beautiful and the location is excellent. There are several highly rated cafes within a 5-minute walk, and the children's playground is also close at hand. It takes 2 minutes to drive to the boat rental terminal in the city center, and there are many options for sea activities. We had a comfy 2 bed unit with a hot tub on the balcony and an amazing view of the bay across to Russell. The unit was thoughtfully provided with anything you might need; not brand new, but very clean and well furnished. Our parking spot was right outside. Staff were welcoming and friendly and the place was quiet and soundproof. We had a really relaxing stay and used it as a base to visit local attractions. The Waitangi Treaty grounds are just up the road, and there are plenty of local restaurants plus a supermarket just round the corner. Lovely spot!

We stayed here for 2 nights whilst visiting the Bay of Islands and it was great. We were lucky that our apartment was ready long before the official check in time so thanks for allowing us in early! Each apartment has a designated parking spot. Our apartment was up a set of stairs (#7) and had an excellent view over the sea. It has all you need - a well equipped kitchen, comfortable living area and a decent bathroom and bedroom. It’s towards the end of the town on the main road but still only takes 10/15 mins walk to where the boats dock for the trips. Really enjoyed our stay

Sehr schönes Appartement mit Blick auf den Strand. Die Unterkunft hat alles, was man so braucht. Als zusätzliche Annehmlichkeit gibt es einen Whirlpool auf der Terrasse. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und bekamen direkt ein paar Tipps für Unternehmungen. Einziges Manko ist, dass die Ausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist und einige Einrichtungsgegenstände (z.B. Spiegel im Bad) erneuert gehören. Ansonsten war alles aber sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir würden definitiv wieder hier übernachten.
