Room was simple, clean, and had convenient bench to lay out multiple suitcases. View from room was the parking lot. Conveniently located off I-5 for easy access on and off the interstate. Hot breakfast options included bacon, sausage, biscuits, eggs, omelets. DIY pancake machine was not working.

Service is OK, environment is average

The hotel is quite satisfactory, the setting location and surrounding environment are OK, the highway is very convenient, and the traffic is very convenient. During the reservation process, Ctrip's information screening was not very accurate, which brought trouble, but after communicating with Ctrip's customer service, Ctrip quickly solved it. From this point of view, Ctrip's service is as always reassuring , and will continue to use Ctrip services in the future!
