It was further from the airport than I thought, but that was my fault. The late check-out was great as could relax before on-going flight. Breakfast was adequate. Staff were friendly and helped with left luggage for my return from Outer Hebrides.

Can’t go wrong with a travelodge. Clean, easy and only around a 10 mins walk from the airport.

I have lived here in the passed, 6 min, walk from the airport terminal, Staff friendly and efficient. room size good. Had problems getting on to the internet outside provider.

A very nice hotel very close to the airport was perfect I highly recommend it if you need a hotel near Glasgow airport

Staff very kind and helpful. Although I agree with energy saving, a small room with a window that does not open and the air conditioning that does not cool off at the desired temperature is not acceptable (a completely ineffective gradation is set). That the room was small was already evident from the booking, but the information on the restriction of opening the window for safety (a few cm) was completely hidden. Not exactly in the city center.

Good location next to the airport, but a bit far from public transport facilities and Glasgow city centre. Overall, a very clean and pleasant stay.

Good impression of the hotel with 2 remarks concerning the reception which lacks friendliness and the lack of information on the site to indicate how to get there from the airport with luggage

We arrived into the car park to find we had to pay for parking (this wasn’t advised on booking) Ordered food, waste of time and money, service was terrible and woman at the bar was grumpy Food was basic at best and a lot was inedible, sent most back and no apologies or offer to replace what clearly wasn’t eaten. Daughter still hungry so we ordered a pudding extra (had to pay extra as woman shouted at my 16 year old that it ‘wasn’t in the offer’ we knew that as I had ordered mine pudding with my main on the offer Same grumpy Woman advised her pudding will be longer than ours, turned out my daughters arrived 10 minutes before mine, not really sure what the delay was with mine, I had the ice cream! New bloke also at the bar and serving food too, didn’t have a clue about anything so that’s why we’re assuming he’s new, he didn’t even know what we were talking about when we advised daughters food didn’t come with the tartar sauce We also asked him about a fancy lemonade that was in the fridge, he had no idea what it was or what flavour so had to find out when we did, by reading the bottle Room was basic at best with a few chips and cracks in the tiling, shower VERY slippy when wet, som antislip strips or something is required We checked out at 4am for an early flight, probably just as well as I dread to think about a breakfast disaster! Only worthy as one star as the corridors were quiet - thankfully This is the last time we spend money with this company- not like it was cheap either! Please train your staff in decent customer service

We didn't stay here but went for food as menu looked good for kids we were staying at another hotel. DON'T, we looked at menu before going as kids have food allergies, ordered at the bar , started getting food but it was all wrong, instead of chips with kids meal we got mashed potatoes asked if any dairy waitress said no but we checked menu on line and it had milk sent it back ,they weren't pleased pudding arrived which weren't ours to be told just eat them anyway. If our children had eaten potatoes we wouldn't have got on holiday the next day. Please avoid if any food issues

Stephen staff member should not work with with public very rude no care for others I asked him to close door because 2nd hand smoke was blowing in restaurant from main doors. Told me not my problem after I explained I have bad asthma my chest was tight and affected by the smoke never mind the smell. TELLING ME NOT MY PROBLEM IS NOT WHAT A PAYING CUSTOMER WANTS TO HEAR HE SHOULD BE HANDED P45

Well what can I say Stephen who on reception at time very selfish and rude no care for anyone . I'm a asthmatic person who has very bad chest so there was people smoking in door way smoke was blowing in while eating I asked close door HE SAID NOT MY PROBLEM !!!!

Fantastic stay. Friendly staff. Clean and tidy. Great value! So convenient to the airport too! Hire car services on the doorstep. Drove to Troon everyday which didn’t take long at all. Then back for food and beers at the travelodge. Excellent
