People think that the hotel near the airport is sucks, but I think that it is great for me. Not only the location, but also food in the restaurant is great

I was happy that there was a bathtub for my tired body. It would have been nice to have a fridge, but it had everything I needed. The room was spacious and comfortable.

The hotel is very clean and close to the airport. The service is also very good.

Stayed at hotel both before and on return from holiday due to location adjacent to airport. Rooms appear recently refurbished and very very clean. On our return stay we arrived tea time but couldn't get table at restaurant until 9pm as it was so busy. On attending the restaurant and food order taken we waited over an hour for our order but didn't mind this as could see how busy and we were still on a high after our holiday. On staff realising our wait they appeared mortified and couldn't rectify the issue any quicker and then without any prompting offered our meals and drinks free of charge! Very professional staff and appear genuinely focused on providing a great service which they certainly did and we are looking forward to returning as have rebooked for our next upcoming holiday.

We booked for overnight stays before and after our holiday. This was the cheapest option near the airport. Our previous stay, last July was disappointing, however this year we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms have been refurbished, new bathrooms, lovely clean, modern rooms with everything you could need. We had cocktails and then enjoyed a meal in the restaurants. The public areas are still in need of refreshing but this did not detract from our pleasant stay. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Will definitely return again.

I stayed here for one night before I flew out the next morning. From outside it looks a bit tired. Check in was good and the room was as you’d expect for a Premier Inn and I had a good sleep. The restaurant side really needs to sort itself out. I waited for 10 minutes to be shown to my booked table. There were two tables across from me. The first table had 2 of the four meals served to them and had to wait a while for the remaining two to arrive. The other table had to call the girl who was serving over to ask where their meals were. When it eventually came out they only brought the one out and that was it! At this point, after waiting half an hour and not having my order taken and no drink offered, I walked out. I spoke to the family later who said they never got their meals and had to leave too. Really, really poor service. I ended up going to Marks and Spencer at the airport to buy a takeaway to eat in my room. Last time I stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott, which is nearby, and I so wished I’d have stayed there again.

We were there with 2 young children in a weekend where the weather was awful and the TV didn’t work at all. It just said no signal. We reported it to staff who simply gave us the complaints card and said there was nothing they could do as the technician doesn’t work weekends. No offer if any form of refund. Really poor

Hotel is great, good price great location, friendly staff. Thing that lets you down is the temperature of the room. It seems to be most hotels so not sure why but made for a very uncomfortable nights sleep for my family. Shame as everything else exceeded expectations.

Travelled to this hotel to stop the night before our flight from Glasgow airport. It was a fairly early night so wanted to feel ready for our holiday. The first problem we weren't allowed to book the evening meal deal, even though our welcome email said we could. The room was absolutely red hot, no air conditioning, they put an upright fan in the corner which sounded like a jumbo jet taking off. We had to leave it on all night. Not a relaxing start to our holiday. Next time, it will be money well spent to stay in a modern hotel with air con available.

Hotel is in a great location for the airport. We were delighted to see that it’s all been done up. Everything new. Looks great. The restaurant is small and when we tried to book 8pm was the earliest slot so we just went to braehead for tea which isn’t far away. Everything was fabulous apart from……. no air con!!! I know it’s Scotland and you maybe only need it for a couple of months a year but £100 a night and no air con. It wasn’t even that hot outside. 15 degrees!!! But during the night the room was up to 24 degrees!!! The window opens about 4 inches so no airflow. There were 3 of us in our room and my friend had 4 of them in their room and she said they didn’t sleep at all the room was so unbearably hot.. Get it sorted premiere inn!!! I definitely wouldn’t go back here in the summer months. A real shame because the hotel is lovely.

We normally stayed in Premier Inn hotels but this one has no AC, the room was very warm, and the bed was uncomfortable ,requested a fan but they didn't have any so We spent rather unpleasant night, it's not fair for the price I paid any way I hope They will improve the service.

The new refurbished rooms are great, new mattress in our room and the shower is definitely one of the best in the airport hotels. It feels like they missed a trick by not putting air con into the rooms when they were redone though. Room thermometer still 24 degrees at 3am. Restaurant dinner was nice, and staff were friendly. Vending machine was out of order and it appears it's been like that for some time based on the staff's comments. Overall for overnight before a trip it's a good option but air conditioning would have tipped it to a 5. The hotel is open that it doesn't have air conditioning at booking though. Given the busy roads around the hotel at all times of night leaving the window open just isn't an option.
