Good place , Location and facilities

The room is spacious, but the bathroom should be improved a bit. Unfortunately there is no hair dryer provided. Very strong shock Just lie down and let joy go.

We definitely wouldn't stay here if it wasn't close to the concert venue. The facilities are old, and the sanitation is generally acceptable. After all, the price is here, and the purpose of our coming here is also for the convenience of watching the concert. But why did the staff knock on our door from 8.30 on the morning we were checking out to remind us to check out? Will we hang on to this accommodation condition? Knocking on the door at 8.30 to disturb our sleep? I have stayed in many hotels in many countries, and this one has the worst service attitude, none of them

Cost-effective, convenient travel!

Stayed here during twice’s concert. Walking distance to impact arena. Towels and mineral water were provided by the owner. Room was clean and adequate. There were many food stalls and cosmic bazaar located just opposite the building. Overall check-in and check-out process went smoothly.

Make sure to reach out to the owner/property manager at least a day before your stay to make arrangements with his on-site contact person for access to the building. It's a large residential type apartment building. If you don't speak Thai, try to at least have a smartphone with a translation app. The room I had is not pictured on Orbitz, but it's very similar in terms of the size, furniture, etc. Room is clean and the AC is very good. Really appreciate the cold, bottled water in the fridge and the instant coffee. The building elevator had lots of bugs flying around the lights at the top, but the room itself had no bugs. It looked like all the apartments there had two doors, with the external door being a metal door and secured with a padlock, so it felt quite secure. Maybe don't walk around the area at night alone however. Only suggestion for improvement is that the room was a little dim, so more lights or brighter lights would be better. A good stay overall.

The room is good. Surrounding places, if people have never been I'm a bit confused. At night, the street lights aren't bright.
