Best Western Matter Tiwanon Hotel

A Heartfelt Thank You to the Wonderful Team at Best Western Plus Wanda Grand Hotel ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an outstanding experience during our 7-day stay at Best Western Matter Tiwanon Hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, the food was excellent, and every staff member we met was polite, friendly and always willing to help. (Best Western Matter Tiwanon Hotel) I would especially like to recognise several members of the team who made our stay truly special. 👨🍳 Mr. Thanakrit – Executive Chef 👩🍳 Ms. Sasipraba – Demi Chef A BIG thank you to both of them for going above and beyond to prepare halal food specially for just the two of us throughout our 7-day stay. ❤️ As we require halal food, we truly appreciated the effort they made to accommodate us. Preparing special meals for only two guests every day was such a thoughtful gesture, and we are genuinely grateful for their kindness, care and willingness to go the extra mile. It made us feel very welcomed and cared for. Mr. Thirasak also deserves a special mention. ❤️ He was always so helpful with our luggage, and whenever he saw us, he would always greet us warmly. It may seem like a small thing, but being greeted with such friendliness every time we met really made us feel welcome. Thank you, Mr. Thirasak, for your kindness and assistance throughout our stay. And then, a very special and BIGGEST thank you to Mr. Pattawee from the Security Team. ❤️🙏 I had recently undergone a procedure and was recovering during my stay at the hotel. Mr. Pattawee was incredibly attentive to me. Whenever I arrived or was leaving in the car, he would immediately come over and help me in and out of the car. What touched me most was that he never once missed an opportunity to help me. I didn't have to ask — he was always looking out for me and making sure I was okay. During a period when I was recovering and physically not at my best, his kindness and care meant more to me than he probably realised. Mr. Pattawee truly deserves to be recognised by the management for his exceptional kindness and dedication to guests. ❤️ I would also like to thank the Front Desk and Housekeeping teams. During my recovery, my feet became swollen and I needed to keep them elevated. When I requested extra pillows, they kindly provided me with around six pillows without hesitation. It may sound like a small gesture, but when you are recovering, these little acts of kindness make such a huge difference. To: Mr. Thanakrit – Executive Chef Ms. Sasipraba – Demi Chef Mr. Thirasak – for his wonderful assistance and warm greetings Mr. Pattawee – Security Team The Front Desk Team The Housekeeping Team And the entire hotel team Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. ❤️🙏 Your kindness, patience and willingness to help made our 7-day stay so much more comfortable and memorable. A hotel is not only about the rooms and facilities it is the people who make guests feel at home. And your team certainly did that for us. Thank you, Best Western Matter Tiwanon Hotel, for taking such good care of us. We truly appreciate everything you did for us and will remember your kindness for a long time. ❤️🌷
