The hotel is extremely thoughtful. I stayed here for a concert at IMPACT, and they even prepared special decorations and a welcome drink just for the event. So cute!

The room is comfortable, and I love that there is a direct walkway to the IMPACT hall. No need to worry on the way back—it's a very convenient covered walkway straight to the hotel.

It's really good! The price is lovely and it's convenient. You can walk from the Skywalk from the BTS. There's also a Skywalk to Cosmo and Impact. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

The basic facilities and amenities are all there. I booked this hotel for a concert at Sundome, and it was really convenient because I could get from the nearest station to the hotel and then to Sundome without getting wet, thanks to the covered walkways.

This is my third stay this year! Even though the roads were flooded, I was able to get to the hotel from Lakemuangthongthani Station on the Pink Line via the skywalk without getting wet. The room is always clean, the sheets are spotless, and the mattress is super soft. 😊 The only downside is that the shower rooms in all the rooms are moldy, and the shower heads aren't very clean. The breakfast is always delicious, no matter what I choose, but I think many of the dishes are quite spicy for Japanese palates because they are so authentic. There are no warnings about spiciness, so those who don't like spicy food should be careful. The front desk staff are always kind, and I'll definitely stay here again when I have business at Impact Arena. 🙏🏻

For a more natural hotel-review style, I’d suggest:
It was my first time staying here, and after the long and stressful journey from the airport due to the flooding, I was especially grateful for how comfortable and relaxing the stay turned out to be. The arrangements were well taken care of, which helped ease the anxiety after such a difficult journey.
A welcome drink upon arrival would have been a lovely touch and perhaps something to consider next time. I was also impressed by the bridgeway—it was quite stunning and provided such convenient access, especially during the days of bad weather.
Overall, it was a great stay, and I truly enjoyed the experience. I would be happy to stay here again.
