-The employee didn't inform us how to use the keycard. We had to find a way and come down and ask ourselves.
-The room does not provide drinking water and trash cans in the bathroom.

- Cleaning staff use the keycard to open the door in the evening when there are people in the room.
Even though I've checked in, why isn't there a conversation between the housekeepers? with the checkin officer
-Dinner: Order Tom Yum River Kung with Young Coconut. River prawns are not fresh and have an odor. Young coconuts have a rancid odor. As for the fried squid with salted eggs, Using squid, even though this menu has been eaten in Thailand all over the country. There is no one shop that uses chevron ink. Should use banana ink
The food tastes good. If the ingredients are good, it will be better compared to the price paid for 3 things, over a thousand baht.
Feeling bad about the service It's also good that there is a swimming pool to relax in.

The hotel is quite far but that is not a bad thing if one wants to be cut off from the rest of the world and have a relaxing time…. We booked the penthouse suite which came with 2 bedrooms, living room, balcony, private pool and jacuzzi… The view of the lakes, and Khao Yai in general from this level is simply stunning. Beside eating at the hotel, there is also a Thai eatery outside the hotel ground about 2 minutes' walk away. Breakfast with the view of the serene lakes, the greenery and mountain backdrop is just amazing… one can watch the sunset from the back and sunrise rom the front of the hotel as well…. Mattress was firm so we had really good restful sleep here. The hotel managed to get us a private pickup with driver for the entire day to visit Khao Yai stopping at waterfall, watching wild deers and monkeys along the way... there are many places of interest nearby for all ages... winery, go kart, zoo, etc Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here… Would definitely come back again…

The overall stay was great. Staffs at reception are outstanding and helpful - We did not receive welcome drink, we justed realized when we saw other guests went to have welcome drink at the restaurant. I was unsure that the welcome drink was about the room package ? There was no toilet paper on the first day - I did not inform reception, use facial paper instead. Housekeeper provided the toilet paper for us when make up the room. The restaurant was very good - I love the food and service.

Back in its heyday this place must have been the Francophile owner’s Versailles, even today it looks grand despite the crumbling buildings, potholed roads, and overgrown garden. Highly recommend to stay at the new residences wing at the back, which are very new. It’s a short walk to the open air breakfast area. The main resort buildings are in a pitiful state and seem to have squatters in them, seeing from the laundry hung outside. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment complete with kitchen & living room in the Bellevue building, which was really nice & big. Only complaint was the phone in the deserted lobby kept ringing non-stop until I took matters in my own hands and took the receiver off the line. Later someone put the receiver back and it started ringing again, this time I unplugged the line but discreetly left it under the phone so no one can tell.

We booked online using Govt promo and we got very good deal and main we choose this hotel as its not too far away from eatery and attractions. Reservations and front have been helpful. We got food coupons worth of 800 bht to be used in the hotel at the time of check in which can only be used at restaurants and for food and non alcoholic drinks only. Hotel only has 1 restaurant with very limited choices. Nothing much and breakfast spread is very limited and its nearly same all the days. So food really need improvement in this property besides that every thing was good. Housekeeping were very sweet and did all the set up and arranged complimentary cake for his birthday and also followed our time changing. Room service were quick. I think spa was closed due to covid precautions. Our stay was pleasant one. Pet friendly hotel and many had brought their dogs with them. Deluxe rooms ( we stayed in this room type ) are spacious and they have interconnected rooms for families with children. Rooms and amenities are well maintained. Modern hotel !!! They have rock climbing, rabbit n alpacas for children to enjoy with additional fee. Recommended this property if you are not serious or fussy with food.

A small hotel On Thanarat Road At a little price While other hotels in that area, the price per night is more than three thousand baht or more. Let's see the advantages of this hotel. 1. The price per night is not expensive 2. On Thanarat Road and in the middle of many tourist attractions. Many restaurants on Thanarat Road 3. Smiling staff, good talk, good service 4. There is a strong wifi, good signal 5. There is a swimming pool. (Not a swimming pool) 6. Have breakfast 7. The bathroom has a clean shower hose with warm water as well. 8. There is not much parking, but can park outside the hotel fence under the Big wood 9. Value for money at the price.

Amazing place. Service is great by the main receptionist who is there 24/7 - she helped me out a lot. Making my stay more comfortable than it should have been. Beds are springy but too hard for me, luckily she gave me a softer mattress on top to help me out. I wish I accepted the extra blanket on the 1st day... it got really cold that night even with the aircon off. But oddly the next 2 nights there were durable. The last night was even hot. Oddly.
The cleanliness here ain't the best... especially on the mat thing... and considering that insects come in frequently... especially small ants that bit me on the bed...I think maybe the glamping tent at the top might be more comfortable? I'm unsure since I only booked the superior plus.
Food is really good even though very simple. Great variety too. Really enjoyed my stay here overall. But I had to deal with a lot of the bugs I got from a previous hotel... so that was really tough for me. Laundry service is not available here. Only further down the road. Also, not too foreigner friendly as only one person speaks basic English here.
Boiler, fridge, hairdryer and some shampoo/soap, hair net & cotton buds are provided. As well as 2 bottle of water a day. Quite great really. The water. Only con is that there wasn't a chair to really eat on the table...

Customer service was up to par , except for a few staffs who were hard to communicate with because they couldn’t converse in English well! Otherwise very helpful and did their best to help out despite the barriers in between! Excellent place with a perfect mountain view. Enjoyed renting the buggy to ride around with my family! This is a place worth the bucket list!

It was a wonderful experience at U Khao Yai. The hotel feels like a place in fairytale. Service was excellent and they really took into consideration all your needs. The view was also amazing from the room. We will definitely come back again!

GGuest UserThis place was tricky to find, with no English sign and looking abandoned. I stopped at the mini market to ask where the place was, and it turns out that check-in was actually there, at the mini market, and you place your dinner order there as well. Cute little wooden bungalows with a little balcony with table and chairs, AC, fan, fridge, kettle, Wifi, tiny little TV, super hard bed (Thai style), and a wet style bathroom. Very friendly person checked me in and helped with my dinner order. Not much English spoken here, but it was not a problem. Location is very good, just a few kilometers from the south entrance of Khao Yai NP.
