Normal 4-star hotel, clean, nice, spacious rooms, we just stop here for the restaurant, but instead it was a total disaster, the food was not very well cooked, at the level of a company canteen. It wasn't up to expectations, I was definitely expecting something more

Very disappointing in all expectations of a 4 star hotel, it is worth a maximum of 2. I have been traveling with organized groups for 35 years and I have stayed in many mostly 4 star hotels both in Italy and abroad and I assure you that we have not Never received such treatment. I'm sorry to say this but unfortunately it's the truth. An experience to forget... absolutely!!!

I locali sono fatiscenti, mal custoditi ,il bagno con i riscaldamenti spenti, siamo stati forviati dalla scelta per l’ottima presentazione che ha dato trip advesor , il ristorante rispecchiava le stesse caratteristiche dell’albergo .il personale efficiente ma non poteva sopperire alle grandi lacune strutturali .

It was a truly relaxing stay. Strategic place not far from the tourist attractions Alberobello, Martina Franca, Locorotondo, Taranto about 15 minutes. Daily room cleaning. Excellent staff. I thank Francesca for her advice and her enormous availability. I recommend it and would definitely return.

Beautiful structure, strategic position, it seems renovated in some parts but not entirely. It has an excellent pizzeria and an excellent bar. Very courteous and professional staff.

The structure is located in a strategic position, 5 minutes by car from the sea (Lido Imperatore), and has been recently renovated even if the furniture remains a little old it still looks good, there is the possibility of using the terrace with 4 beautiful hydromassage tubs which we always took advantage of when returning from the sea every afternoon, the staff in general were very accommodating and nice in their ways (the only thing that was out of place was the young waitress who served the breakfasts who looked very arrogant and at times grumpy, I hope they make her change her attitude as soon as possible otherwise it's not a job for her) we had full board treatment, the breakfast was good with hot croissants, shortbread biscuits, milk, yoghurt and cereals, excellent lunch at bag with well-stuffed sandwiches with 3/4 choices given that we stayed on the beach all day while dinner could be improved, sufficient but not enough for a 4 star (I'm not talking about the quality but rather the type of dishes)... I recommend it because it was an excellent quality/price ratio

Non ho mai visto un proprietario che dice al personale di non dare confidenze alle persone che arrivano per lavorare, proprietario maleducato, ma tanto. Razzista e antico. Date un titolo voi a iniziare dal proprietario a finire dai bagni pessimi, letti simili alla pietra, lenzuola male odoranti e caffè in bevibile. Pessimo soggiorno.

I am very demanding and I hope this review helps the structure, first and foremost, and above all to other customers who, like me, want to be hosted in the best possible way. I'll start with the welcome: polite even if unprofessional with a request for immediate payment upon arrival, which in my opinion was exaggerated for those of us who stayed just one night. The room: singular details offered by the package we chose, satisfactory, but the room is dark with a window onto a dirty apartment balcony (there are renovation works on the exterior underway) and a very dirty and rusty mosquito net. The view is terrible, but obviously it depends on the indication of the structure, in the town and not in the countryside or on the sea, which certainly penalizes it quite a bit. We had a hydromassage tub in the room, but we were unable to try it due to lack of time, however in the spa, a service we had booked for a relaxing massage, the professional who welcomed us had to perform two operations (one for me and one for my husband, had kindly put a hydromassage tub into operation while waiting for the turn) and I tried it: the water was cold, the jet insignificant, the wear of the tub evident and unpleasant (brown line at water level) which it inhibited the use of the one in the room. Poor cleaning: in the bathroom the toilet was not perfect: dust accumulated along the walls, the visible brush was not white. The television positioned in the canopy of the bed, comfortable: too bad you couldn't change the channel. Dining room, food and service, respectively: elegant, good and courteous. In conclusion, for what we paid these details could have made the difference. Not bad overall, but I wouldn't go back.
