Hotel Kapilavasthu

Being close to ksrtc bus stand, the stay was not comfortable due to noise. Room service was not good. Basic requirement like drinking water was not provided.

The stay was excellent, the room was non ac but it was cool, neat and comfortable as we were 5 adults one extra bed was provided it was a very thin one in the picture it was 3 single beds but it was different in real context that was disappointing but overall it was a good experience

Negatives - The hotel need more improvement , the morning staff in the reception need to have a training how to handle a guest , one thing I have noticed is that the drinking water is placed when a guest walk in to the room it is not a good standard. Rooms are good and there is no room service menu . The last think which I was disappointed was the bath towel given in the room was not clean and there were stains in the towel , and few small holes in it and wash room is not cleaned properly stains in the tissue stand , wash basin tap and no tissue in the tissue stand . Positive thing about the hotel was the restaurant food and staff was awesome 😎 . The service is the restaurant was too good they take care of the guest in a proper standard , morning breakfast had a less items but it was delicious and the pleasing smile of the staffs .

I had taken non ac room the fan was only at one full speed. There were no tissues in the bathroom. There was no other problem. Good and cooperative reception.
