Clean and tidy. Close to the main road and easy access via the transport/auto. Checkin was fast and receptionist was very courteous

Poor services, room was pathetic in condition, dental and shaving kits are chargeable, food was totally unsatisfactory.

We booked a extra bed but didn’t get it plus we also ordered with breakfast and they didn’t clean the tables or anything

It is a value for money option for staying for a short duration. I stayed their for 2 days on a short trip. The location is decent. The staff are courteous. We stated in a junior suite. The room and bathroom were spacious. Most central parts of palakkad like the palakkad fort, ksrtc bus stand, noorani village, mercy college, etc are just a short auto ride away.

Not extra bed for extra guest. Very poor service. I don't think this type of service is for premium room.
