Horrible room and toilet. Nothing is maintained and not taken care. Staff is not responsive. Whole structure is weak and leaking due to rain.

This hotel is very close to the palani temple entrance. We booked a 3 bedroom ac room. Room was not that much clean, we can see lot of dust in curtain. Light box holes in wall, patches in walls shows it's a very old building. Restaurant inside the hotel is okay, food is very nice. But they should have more waiters there, so that food serving can be done fast. Way to car parking area is very narrow.

Pathetic ambience and amenities and is a really a safety concern when it is connected to health. undisciplined staff who takes things for granted and make you feel more uncomfortable to continue the stay. I am still worried about my kid thinking I made a bad choice booking a room in this hotel during her first visit to palani.

Good rooms. The best advantage is it’s location near the steps. It’s very comfortable. The road to the hotel is a bit narrow. The restaurant near the hotel is good. But need to make some improvements in the serving. Less people serving if there is rush. In short a decent stay.
