Location is great, as the hotel is next to a lake where elephants, buffaloes and crocodiles are roaming. People were friendly, food was good. I loved the place!

If you are looking to get away from the busy city for some R and R look no further. The bungalow was beautiful and your surrounded by nature. The animals even enjoy time on the resort. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. We will definitely visit again.

Bungalow was well appointed. Plug sockets where not all working. Side lamp was held together with sellotape and did not work. Staff were helpful and polite. There was some delay on check-in while the room was prepared. Queried were dealt with professionally. Short power cuts were experienced while in the restaurant and a candle lamp was provided, which the exploded on the table. No one was injured. Food was well presented and cooked fresh. Evening curry had one dish which proved unexpectedly hot. Overall an enjoyable stay in pleasant surroundings.

Amazing location. In the middle of a forest and just beside the sea. Booked Jungle Chalet and the room was big and good. Found a spider in the room which was scary but I think OK for a place situated in the middle of jungle. Saw wild boars running around our room, crocodiles in the lake near hotel entrance and small animals and peacocks. Other than Yala Safari there is nothing much to do in the hotel other than swimming in the pool. Had full board and the dining experience was good. Bar service is also good.

The jungle cabin we stayed in was good in all aspects. The most important thing was the location. It was very close to Yala Park. The pre-booked off-road jeep could be picked up directly from the hotel. The hotel is surrounded by jungle, and many wild animals, such as elephants, lizards, wild boars, etc., can be seen around the hotel. There is only one restaurant in the hotel, a buffet. The food is not very good, but it is passable and filling. There is also a restaurant similar to a bar, which can be ordered a la carte. The price is more expensive than the buffet, and it should be the same chef team as the buffet, so few people go to eat there.

The hotel environment is really bad. There are crocodiles in the lake in front of the hotel! If you go back to your room after 6:30 in the evening, the staff will need to take you back because there will be wild animals. Be careful, they are wild animals! The quality of the hotel's dinner is also very good, including desserts, ice cream, barbecue, and curry. If you can't make it in time for breakfast when you go to Zaifirui the next day, you can contact us in advance to pack breakfast. Maybe because the environment was so wild, there were many small animals in the room. When I left, I packed a spider in my luggage, which I didn't find until I got to the next hotel. The only thing that made us unhappy was that when we checked out, our card was swiped twice and the money was deducted twice. This may be because the network was not good. When we returned to the hotel to report the situation to the front desk, the hotel insisted on only charging us once. Even if we showed them our bank statements, they still went their own way. Brothers who go there in the future are advised to settle in cash as much as possible. Nearly ten days have passed since the time of commenting, and the money, which is less than fifty yuan, has still not been refunded to us.

There are also monkeys and wild boars on the way from the lobby to the room. The hotel swimming pool is right next to the lake. The ecology is very good. Superb! The lighting in the room is rather dim, and the beach hut is built relatively high. If you don’t like climbing stairs, you can choose the jungle hut. The price of more than 1,000 is still acceptable.

Everyone said that this hotel is good, but no one said how pristine the road in is. If you only stay for one night and leave Yala, please do not book this hotel, especially during the rainy season, otherwise you will probably have to drive for several hours and face floods under heavy rain. Jinshan car did not dare to wade into the water rashly and had to ask for help from a jeep (additional fee). Another important information is that there are many mosquitoes in the room. People who are afraid of insects must not come here. If you are not afraid of insects, please bring toilet water.
