The Hilton Yala Resort in Sri Lanka in one of the best Hilton resorts exceeded all expectations. Impeccable services, luxurious amenities, and the beach (2 min away) is pure magic. Executive Chef Jerome and Shanuka, your dishes are culinary masterpiece. Thank you very much for your genuine care, going above and beyond and even making the dishes outside of the menu – authentic Sri Lankan hospitality. Naturalist, Sanka’s took me to all the magical places in Yala. His true passion and knowledge on plants, birds and the wild helped to build joyful connection to the nature in a deeper level. Thank you very much for the unforgettable experiences with breathtaking sunrises, elephant gathering and beautiful Yala. Manohari and the staff, your attentive service made my vacation delightful. General Manager-Gitanjali not only made my Yala vacation extraordinary, but she also even made arrangements to other destinations in my Sri Lanka travel to make my vacation remarkable. No double where the Yala Hilton staff inherits the passion and care. You have built a paradise. Thank you very much for everything!

I had high expectations for this place and my stay did not live up to them. Although the room was great and the service provided by staff was top notch, the hotel didn't really offer anything to justify the price tag, its second restaurant was closed due to low occupancy so guests only had access to one restaurant and the activities offered by the hotel i.e safari and bush walks were massively overpriced. There's not much going on in the hotel in the evenings by way of entertainment and the beach is not accessible privately.

I recently stayed at the Yala Resort in Sri Lanka for two nights at the end of March, and I was thoroughly impressed. Every employee was truly amazing—attentive, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. This resort is a must-visit, especially for those seeking a very relaxing place. My Sri Lanka trip was very adventurous in the beginning and at the end i took had a relaxing time here in the Resort. The Balcony Room is amazing, offering stunning views and comfort. Tastefully designed. The foods & drinks are exceptionally tasteful, and all the facilities are great. I highly recommend the Yala Resort for a memorable and relaxing getaway!

The rooms and bathroom are beautifully designed, with all facilities available. Everything was clean and well maintained. On the property itself we saw wild boar, porcupine and hare. The restaurant is in a stunning location with views of the sea. Delicious food and drink.

We spent 2 nights at this pleasant hotel 🏨 located in the area of Palatupana, Yala in Sri Lanka 🇱🇰. It was a well enjoyed stay as the staff, room, restaurant and the service offered was exceptional at this hotel and it made our stay very comfortable and convenient. The staff was very well trained, attentive, polite to us at every instance of our stay. We would like to give a special thanks to Praveen Sampath at the restaurant and the rest of the staff for making our stay a memorable experience at this hotel. There we would recommend The Hilton Yala Resort to anyone that is visiting Yala as the service, comfort and convenience offered cannot be received by any other hotel in Yala. - Yulan, Dulip and Samanmali.

A beautiful new hotel with a Jurassic Park theme to help you connect with nature while enjoying their many amenities. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Their nice gym and spa also provide access to a sauna. The pool is clean and very comfortable and large. The restaurant is top notch with great food and service. Drinks from the bar require some patience, but they are well made and tasty. They provide a complimentary buggy (golf cart) service from your room to the different areas. Such a nice hotel!

We had an exceptional and relaxing experience at this truly unique hotel. The resort's architecture has been meticulously designed to harmonize with the natural surroundings, providing an immersive escape into the tranquility of nature. The location of Hilton Yala is simply breathtaking. Situated right at the doorstep of Yala National Park, you're immersed in the splendour of the jungle from the moment you arrive. Its proximity to the park allows you to enjoy the sight of beautiful animals right from your room.

The Hotel entrance itself was very luxury & view point was a treat to the eyes.Checking was very smooth,everybody in the reception was friendly.the Ranger assisted us for walks around the resort and he made sure our safety.the buggy were on time also the buggy drivers were extremely helpful and on time pick up & had a smiling face all the time.dinner service at the restaurant was excellent and Hasnini did a wonderful job.however the service at breakfast did not meet our expectations.the room was very spacious it look almost new.our room category was premium pool villa,the room was exceptionally clean.My kids enjoyed alot very will visit again…thank you Hilton Yala resort ❤️
