The hotel's prime location offers easy access to amenities but can be noisy. If you prioritize a peaceful stay, a sea view room is highly recommended. Breakfast had limited options, but providing good coffee. Rooms are small, refrigerator did not work.
An unpleasant incident happened to us, which made our stay disappointing. We would not recommend this hotel

H Hotel El Nido has wonderful service and is in a very central location. We arrived at 7am and the staff did everything they could to check us in early because we had flown in overnight. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. There is even a resident cat who greets everyone! Going to Macpan beach by van from the hotel is a great way to spend the day. The sea view room was spacious and clean. The location is within walking distance to all the restaurants you need. The vegan restaurant is also very clean and the food is tasty. I recommend booking dinner at Barakuda, it’s about a three-minute walk from the hotel.

I really like the custom-made vegetarian food at the vegetarian restaurant. Every day, there are different surprises and tastes. It’s great.
The live music at Piece of sky is great. It’s very comfortable to listen to the live music while waiting for the sunset.
The service is also super good, efficient, trustworthy and recommended. When visiting El Nido, you must make a pilgrimage to H hotel.

The location of this hotel is very good. It is surrounded by the central block and faces the beautiful bay. It only takes a few minutes to walk to take a cruise during the day. Although the room we stayed in was not five-star luxury, it was very unique and nice, and it was cleaned every day. The bar upstairs allows you to enjoy the scenery, drink and listen to live singing and performances. The all-vegetarian restaurant on the first floor is very well decorated. Although it is vegetarian, it is very delicious. I think it is not safe to eat grilled fish and barbecue on the street outside in hot weather, but there is no problem eating here. There is also a massage parlor and bubble tea shop downstairs.
The most worth mentioning is the service, which is definitely better than five-star hotels! Everyone at the front desk is dedicated to helping guests. And they are very friendly to Chinese people. Sky, who we met, is really a rare good guy!
The owner of this hotel is *********, and they have other hotels in other locations. Guests can go to their Nacpan Beach to swim and watch the sunset (reservations are required, it is more than half an hour's drive, and a small amount of car fees are required), and they will prepare free towels and lounge chairs.
We also booked them for the sea trip because they have their own boat. I strongly recommend chartering a boat instead of doing those with a lot of people. The cost performance is very high, don't forget to tip.
