Good location, nice sky club, best sea view. Air condition very noisy, room not clean enough

An excellent hotel in the heart of El Nido town proper. It is in a chaotic area but the hotel itself is well managed and calm once you get off the street! On reflection I probably would have stayed further out of the town but that's not a comment on the hotel itself. The hotel breakfast is great, even if you're not vegetarian or vegan which I'm not. The rooms are a good size, not to small and had balconies which is good for drying clothes. Reception and all the staff are lovely but I'm marking down the hotel slightly due to communication. When we got to the hotel by public tricycle they seemed surprised I hadn't gone with their free hotel transfer yet I couldn't see this option anywhere on trip when booking and they hadn't attempted to contact me. Perhaps that could be improved. On the communication front it seems they have some perks which they don't advertise at all. I discovered when visiting the Heiroglyph gym by vanilla beach that access is free if you're staying at H Hotel which is a superb perk but they don't advertise it at all! Apparently they also have a sister hotel near nacpan Beach where you can use the pool. Overall it's a very good hotel. I think it's a bit expensive but then again hotels in Philippines are generally overpriced so in that sense the price is fine.

I'm very happy with the services they're providing. They had a good foods and the bed was comfy enough to get rest throughout the night. I had trip on the morning and they even let my uncle to wait in the lobby after he's checking out. Services 10/10 will come again ❤️

Very nice new hotel with a roof top bar and coffee / restaurant included. We had the sea side view and it was amazing. The staff was friendly and supported us with all inquiries. We would come back to El Nido and the H hotel. Thank you to the staff again.

A perfect hotel that exceeded my expectations! The staff is simply amazing and helps with anything needed happily and with a neverending smile. Special thanks to the stunning Dani who took care of us exceptionaly well and always greeted us with a smile, like a mother who makes sure everything is good :) The rooms are great, the beds are very comfortable the bar upstairs has the most beautiful view in EI Nido and great drinks, and the breakfast that is included is the best we had on our trip! Hotel is located in the heart of el Nido, right where almost all boat tours leave. Many restaurants right around the corner (walking) and it has a very nice restaurant “Verde” where you have breakfast. Roof top is also nice with views of the Bay Area.

For the price that you pay, there are better options. will not stay here again.

The only thing that fits this price range is the service. The staff is very friendly and eager to answer all questions and arrange itineraries. The quality of the room is not worth the money and the sound insulation is extremely poor When taking a shower, the water is hot and cold. Basically, use cold water for every wash... The view is beautiful and the bar on the top floor is also good.

The location of this hotel is very good. It is surrounded by the central block and faces the beautiful bay. It only takes a few minutes to walk to take a cruise during the day. Although the room we stayed in was not five-star luxury, it was very unique and nice, and it was cleaned every day. The bar upstairs allows you to enjoy the scenery, drink and listen to live singing and performances. The all-vegetarian restaurant on the first floor is very well decorated. Although it is vegetarian, it is very delicious. I think it is not safe to eat grilled fish and barbecue on the street outside in hot weather, but there is no problem eating here. There is also a massage parlor and bubble tea shop downstairs. The most worth mentioning is the service, which is definitely better than five-star hotels! Everyone at the front desk is dedicated to helping guests. And they are very friendly to Chinese people. Sky, who we met, is really a rare good guy! The owner of this hotel is *********, and they have other hotels in other locations. Guests can go to their Nacpan Beach to swim and watch the sunset (reservations are required, it is more than half an hour's drive, and a small amount of car fees are required), and they will prepare free towels and lounge chairs. We also booked them for the sea trip because they have their own boat. I strongly recommend chartering a boat instead of doing those with a lot of people. The cost performance is very high, don't forget to tip.

I am disappointed with my stay experience at your hotel. When I made the reservation, the picture showed that the room had a balcony facing the sea, but in fact the balcony could only see the building opposite, which made me feel a little disappointed. The configuration of the room is similar to that of an ordinary three-star hotel, but the price is relatively high, which is not in line with my expectations. While the top floor bar restaurant and observation deck were great, I was disappointed with the condition of the room. The location is a 3-minute walk from El Nido Beach?!! I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to go on a hopping tour and see the city!! It's newly built, so the facilities are clean and the staff are very friendly! I had a more enjoyable trip thanks to James, who guided me at the reception! It's a non-dry food, but it's so delicious and the food is pretty! The rooftop view was really nice and the cocktail I received as a welcome drink was also great~~~ I recommend it if you go to El Nido!

The room is clean and the water runs well!! The location was great, so I had a comfortable stay while I was in Elnido!
