For the check-in process, because you arrived at 11.30 WIB, it took a long time to wait until 13.00 WIB before you got your room. For facilities there is a swimming pool on the 4th floor, coincidentally the rooms are also on the 4th floor, for those who like the gym there is also equipment on the 4th floor but when we stayed it was under maintenance. Ample parking, in front there is an ATM and supermarket, next to the hotel there is a cafe for coffee, the hotel location is near Charitas Hospital

Room 407 - Broken ceramic floor in the bathroom. Breakfast is decent. Note only for juice drinks which are less varied & taste like syrup.
