Inclassificabile: stanza con muffa con un odore atroce, bagno con lavandino che puzzava di fognatura e finestra chiusi con giornali alla bene e meglio. Finestre senza oscuranti con un faro puntato tutta notte negli occhi ed al mattino appena arrivata l’alba occhi sbarrati. Colazione scarsa, spa (fatto un massaggio) niente in tutto. Sconsigliato.

El hotel bonito, la naturaleza, todo limpio, sin embargo hay oportunidades de mejora; Por ser 4 estrellas debería incluir desayuno tipo buffet, el desayuno se tardo y un estuvo un poco frío, Las camas chillan mucho y están un poco duras, mis hijas que se movían toda la noche no dejaban dormir apenas te acuestan y chillan mucho, hay animalitos dentro de.la hab. Encontramos oruguita, araña, y popo de salamandra en el espaldar de la cama y en la noche dentro de la habitación de mi suegra toda la noche la salamandra con su canto. En el área de la alberca debería estar un están con un personal que entregue toallas y no ir hasta abajo a buscarlas. Podría ser mejor colocar regaderas cerca de la piscina de lado y lado por donde se entra. La atención excelente. Son muy amables, cordiales y ayudan al huésped.La comida muy rica.

Tiene bonitas instalaciones y un buen personal, te reciben con una gran hospitalidad y amabilidad, está muy padre que tengan bastantes actividades recreativas como lo es la alberca, el jacuzzi, el spa; además es algo muy lindo que te recomienden actividades para hacer cerca del hotel
