Staff there provide excellent service and proactive offer assistance. They are polite and happy everyday. 5 star for their enthusiasm. Hotel is beautiful and occupy own privacy. Closed to every tourist spot.

터미널서 걸어서 10분인 위치도 좋고 요새를 개조한 시설도 좋고 특히 매니저들의 친절도가 극상.
위치 자체가 한국과 너무 멀어 특별한 일 아니면 오긴 어렵겠지만 팔레르모에 언젠가 다시 온다면 또 묵고 싶음.
유일한 단점이라면 배관이 막힌건지 샤워실 물이 제때 안내려가서 실내 전체의 습도가 높음. 대신 화장실 인근에는 유럽에서 찾아보기 어려운 온돌이 깔려있음.

We have returned from a 5 day stay at this hotel It's set very tucked away in a square between the old town and botanic gardens with an easy walk to everything once you've got your bearings The garden is lush and green and even in October it's lovely to sit out after a days sightseeing The staff are all so helpful and friendly Rooms are set within the old walls and bright with modern amenities Breakfast continental and plentiful Thank you so much all of you I didn't get all your names but you're all amazing Thanks especially to Judith for going to the bakers especially for my husband's gluten free items they were absolutely delicious and so appreciated,he was so spoiled!! Wilfred and Paolo aswell for the fab coffee and restaurant guidance Best hotel in town!!

We are staying here for 5 nights and were here also last year which is testimony to the fact that we love the place. Staff are so welcoming and helpful. The breakfast is absolutely delicious with fresh melon and pine apple every day alongside a tremendous array of pastries, bread, cheese etc and coffee of your choice specially made. The room is large and airy and we have a small terrace enclosed by bamboos to sit and relax. There is a small pool and many chairs dotted around the well kep grounds. We hope once again to return.

Lovely little boutique hotel just off the main city centre - a 7-8 minute walk. A beautiful little place with wonderful service. Be sure to book the superior rooms as the standard rooms may be a tad small. Lovely coffee, lovely breakfast and great service. It even has a tiny pool and jacuzzi in the garden.

We just checked out to join a tour in another hotel but miss this place already. Paulo, Alex, Judith, Wilfred, and the rest of the staff were genuine, thoughtful and made us and the hotel feel special. It is close to wonderful restaurants, the town center, a grocery store, and convenient to all the sites, including the pier if you are taking a ferry. Perfect if you want a peaceful space amidst a lot going on nearby.
