It's only a five- to six-minute walk from the train station and is very convenient for travel. The staff are also very friendly and the room facilities are all up to date. I'm very satisfied.

The location is good, just a 10-minute walk from the terminal, and the facilities, which were renovated from a fortress, are good, and the managers are especially friendly. The location itself is so far from Korea that it would be difficult to come here unless it was for a special occasion, but if I come back to Palermo someday, I would like to stay there again. The only downside is that the pipes may have been clogged and the water in the shower room was drained out at the right time, resulting in high humidity throughout the room. Instead, there is an ondol (floor heating system) near the bathroom, which is difficult to find in Europe.

The hotel is very new - an old defensive wall from 1537 is part of the building. Our room was very comfortable, and the bathroom was also very practically furnished and very clean. The breakfast is completely adequate - there is something for all tastes, including the famous Sicilian dolci. The coffee will wake up any tired spirit. The staff were extremely attentive and extremely helpful in all matters - whether it was recommending restaurants and making a table reservation, or providing information about excursions, opening times of various cultural treasures, or visiting otherwise closed palazzi. Everything was simply perfect. A special mille grazie to Giulia for that!! Located right on a piazza, it is not quite in the tourist hustle and bustle, but you can still reach the lively and central Via Vittorio Emanuele in about 10 minutes on foot, and in about 25 minutes you are in front of Palermo Cathedral. The train station, from which you can also take the bus to various other destinations or even to the airport, is a comfortable 15-minute walk away. It was a great week and we'll definitely be back!!
