Love it here. The hotel interiors are amazing. It’s the little details that stop this hotel from being luxury/ high end. Some walls are cracked, the faucet in our bathroom were leaking. Although the room and bathroom had been renovated, and were still very nice.

It's okay. I arrived at the hotel late because of the agent, which delayed my trip. The hotel is overall okay.

The location is right next to Quattro Guandi, and it's centrally located, so it's good. It takes about 15 minutes on foot from Palermo Central... However, the facilities are too old.

My breakfast salad was infested with freak flies that made me lose my appetite. The room itself is very clean and easy to use. It takes 30 minutes on foot from the ferry port.

Good location, beautiful hotel

The hotel is very centrally located, so the most important sights can be easily reached on foot. The reception staff speak good English. The whole building is a bit old, which gives the hotel a special charm. The breakfast is rich but nothing special. Overall a recommendation.
