Welcome to the hotel and the really great restaurant.
I did not try the SPA, because the stay was too short (only 1 night)

Hotel in the heart of the city of Palermo. a few steps from the Ballaro' and Vucciria markets on a side, the Royal Palace and the Cathedral on the other side. easy to reach from the airport with public transportation (6 euro one way) or taxi. Hard choice where to eat surrounded by hundreds of good restaurants. But special note is the restaurant in the hotel! SPA full of different treatments. staff professional, breakfast A+++++, 1700s Buildings, AC amazing, Shower big, bed big and comfortable.

Excellent hotel in the very center of the city. Dozens of great restaurants around and close to ALL major attractions. Stayed in 2 bedroom, 2 floor apartment with 2 level terrace. The place was huge and very comfortable. Wonderful staff with great restaurant recommendations. Wasn’t crazy about breakfast but the restaurant where it’s at is charming. Would definitely recommend this hotel

We were already in Palermo but needed to book a final night, chanced across this hotel and although only a suite at €273 was available we booked it, and then we read the reviews. This is going to be interesting we thought! The suite had 2 separate air-conditioning units and the "luxury" of sliding luggage racks. More space than we needed. Complimentary drinking water would have been expected. Reception staff were fine, and in particular Paolo at breakfast was a very efficient and communicative waiter - his excellent command of English was quite apparent. Paolo apart however, breakfast was below expectations for a 4* hotel - the fruit "juice" was undrinkable, tasting like just heavily sugared powder. The sliced processed cheese did not look at all appetizing. On the other hand the ham was good and lean, and we had our first kiwi in a week. A nice surprise was cannolo (although rather basic compared with others we had enjoyed). Would we stay again? Yes, if the price were right.

The hotel is well located for the historic centre and our superior room was a good size and quiet at the back of the hotel looking on to the back of a church. Unfortunately the hotel is rather tired and lacks charm. Breakfast was served with little enthusiasm, coffee was a pain to order and items were rarely topped up.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, aber das Frühstück enttäuschend: Sehr kleine Auswahl und kein aufmerksamer Service (Essen und zb Teller wurden nicht aufgefüllt, nach Kaffee musste man fast betteln). Es gab leider keinen Kinderhochstuhl. Unsere Matratze war durchgelegen. Im Innenhof hing eine Palästinenserflagge, welche von einigen Zimmern leider nicht zu übersehen waren - das ist ein noGo!

The location was excellent which allowed you to visit practically all the places of interest in Palermo by walking. Articulated structure created in an old building with courtyards, stairs and small balconies. Well furnished and spacious room, good cleanliness but lack of management of towels and various accessories (something was often missing). Comfortable bed and pillows. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast average but good. Wi-Fi present in the room but not working.
