Good location, not very good, seating in the entrance too worn, rooms bigger, good beds, very good breakfast, location still good, we as old people couldn't manage everything on foot, unbelievable dirt, if you walk down the street properly,

There is no water in the room, no slippers, and the door was opened without getting up in the morning. The sound insulation is very poor, and you can hear the door opening and closing next to it. There is no quilt in the room, only blankets and sheets, and it is super cold to sleep at night. The location is quite convenient

The hotel is very well located a few steps from the main shopping street and a further few steps to the old town and all the main attractions.
The room had everything we needed, the staff were very helpful and the breakfast had a wholesome offering especially on the sweets side, the ricotta cakes were amazing.

Pensavo fosse un hotel business invece è più dedicato a un turismo familiare: nulla di male, per carità, ma dalle foto e recensioni mi aspettavo qualcosina di più. Sala colazione affollatissima la mattina, per la presenza di gruppi turistici. Frigo bar un po' scarno. Posizione comodissima per visitare il centro di Palermo.

Room was small but adequate. It was clean. We enjoyed the breakfast. Not too fancy but bread and baked goods were good. Hotel is conveniently located and very close to airport shuttle service.
