Absolutely charmed by this little B&B even before I arrived. Aurora was so easy to communicate with and attentive to my questions. I was greeted as I came through the door and very well cared for during my 5 days stay. My deluxe room was beautiful and comfortable -- I couldn't have wanted more. In warm weather breakfast (very good) can be taken in the peaceful garden.

As we jostled our way through the chaotic Palermo food market under the blazing heat, we could not believe it when we opened the heavy wooden doors into the oasis of cool calm of the hotel.
Daniella had fantastic customer service sharing us with us info on the hotel and then a printed map with an explanation of the layout of the city of Palermo. Our room in the attic was perfect and we loved the decor a combination of Tunisian and Italian,
The hotel organised us a taxi for our airport transfer and as we had an early start a packed breakfast was delivered to the room

In un quartiere popolare e popoloso, famoso per il suo mercato e per la sua vivacità, il Giardino di Ballarò e’ un vero e proprio gioiello! Si parte dall’accoglienza ancor prima di arrivare, tramite whatsapp dettagliati con indicazioni stradali o di servizio di ncc dall’aeroporto di Palermo! L’accoglienza è calorosa e professionale con dettagli su cose da visitare o ristoranti tra cui scegliere ( provati due e ci siamo trovati benissimo) La struttura è ristrutturata con gusto ed eleganza, la stanza seppure su strada è confortevole e silenziosa e sebbene sia specificato che in reception non c’è sempre qualcuno a noi non è mai capitato di non trovare qualcuno a disposizione Colazione abbondante ( attenzione a non eccedere con gli zuccheri) e ricca di prodotti tipici, ma per chi volesse sono a disposizione anche prodotti salati e uova preparate al momento La posizione è strategica e centrale Torneremo certamente

This was an absolute oasis in the centre of old Palermo. The welcoming and orientation was Four Seasons like. Fantastic and knowledgeable team. Beautiful historical and well appointed public areas and room. Excellent breakfast that changes every day. This is perfectly located to explore Palermo. Highly recommend . Thank you!

Lush historic home with beautifully eclectic décor. The kindest and most helpful staff who welcome you as if you were coming home. Perfect location, safe and well located for a solo female traveler. Wir haben spontan einen Kurzurlaub in Palermo gebucht und wollten keine Hotels als Unterkunft haben. Durch eine Erwähnung in einem Reiseführer darauf aufmerksam geworden, geschaut, gebucht und gefahren. Super zentral, super nett, sehr sauber und gemütlich. Alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Toll!

Hotel muito bem localizado, perto do centro e de locais para visitar. Quartos simples mas que proporcionam todo o conforto. Decoração moderna, espaços comuns agradáveis e bem decorados. Staff muito simpático e disponível. Recomendo para passar uns dias agradáveis em Palermo. Muito bom
