Hotel eccellente. Accoglienza, gentilezza, disponibilità e professionalità del personale e dei proprietari Antonella e Paolo al massimo livello. Bella camera, con tutte le comodità. Ottima colazione. Posizione molto comoda al centro di Palermo. Ottimo il ristorante Sapori perduti. Hotel veramente consigliato

This is the most friendly, accommodating, and helpful staff we've ever had the pleasure of meeting - anywhere!. The hotel is comfortable, clean and well-located. This was our second stay here in as many years and we plan to return next year. We highly recommend this establishment!

Alma hotel is excellently placed to visit all parts of Palermo on foot or by public transport. It's smart, modern, clean and with a large, mostly young, friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is very good and varied. The bedroom we had was spacious and comfortable with an excellent bathroom. It's well insulated for light and from the inevitable noise from a busy city outside. The only minor thing we didn't like was the television on a music channel during breakfast; who watches it, is it necessary? We would go there again.

Propre, proche pour visite centre. Personnels sympathiques et serviable. Toute les visites des monuments sont proches. Nombreux restaurants et bars à proximité. Petit déjeuner très agréable. La chambre à tous les conforts. Je recommande cet hôtel pour un séjour à palerme.

Stayed here for first visit to Palermo. Hotel was very clean and staff were very friendly and welcoming. Great breakfast buffet to start each day. Convenient valet car parking, if needed, but location is perfect to walk to tourist sites. The Hotel Alma staff went beyond requirements to return some left property. Wonderful experience, this is our hotel for a future return to Palermo.

Had A great time at Alma hotel. Staff is incredibly helpful and facilities top notch. Our room was very clean and had all the amenities. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Location was close to most major sites within easy walking distance. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

We arrived into Palermo train station and had a 25 minute walk along a very busy road to the hotel which was reasonably easy to find, although the outside is not attractive and you start to wonder what you have booked, once you get out of the lift and into reception, you are greeted with friendly welcoming smiles from the many helpful young staff. Our room was very big, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The contents of the mini bar are free (water, coke, orange), there is a kettle with tea,coffee etc., toiletries in the bathroom. We slept well and were given ear plugs but didn’t need them. The location is very good. The breakfast was basic but very good. I recommend this hotel for a short stay.

The hotel was very nice. Friendly and helpful staff, the room was clean and big enough. The option for gluten free breakfast could be better, please work on it. The location of the hotel is also very good. Close to all sights and still quiet. The rooms are a bit ring hearted but we still slept well. I can only recommend it and would book it again at any time.

Cosa dire di questo hotel, pulitissimo, personale gentilissimo, colazione buonissima. Sono stata per il matrimonio di mio figlio e il personale di questo hotel mi ha fatto fare un figurone, sempre disponibili. Ho conosciuto anche i proprietari di questo hotel, persone alla mano, li ho capito perché si respira un'aria di famiglia.
