CAREFUL! We booked the hotel through *******. They told us 24 hours before our arrival to check in because they only attended from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. We wrote them a message and also called them. After much insistence we managed to contact them and told them that we arrived at approx 1. because we were flying from Madrid. The flight was delayed while at the airport, so we called again, they didn't answer the phone up to 5 times. When we landed we called again, they didn't answer us either. Still, naively, we went to the hotel, there was NO ONE there. Finally, ******* has found us another hotel, outside of Palermo... but that's another story. If you are not going to serve your guests, do not have a hotel, or at least be on the phone, they should withdraw their license.

I booked through booking because of the excellent score and the well-taken photos that make everything seem clean and welcoming. Alas, the reality is very different: 1-poor cleanliness, hair on the floor in the bathroom, I didn't feel clean from the first to the last minute of my stay in the facility. 2-everything is a bit dilapidated and falling to pieces, from the door mesh that was left in my hand, to the very old shower sheet, to the taps that are missing pieces 3-for a double room you need 2 shower towels, instead they only provided one. 4-in November with a rainy, humid and cold day you cannot sleep with just a sheet and bedspread (although there is a split heat pump). The location is excellent, the apartment would need to be completely renovated and cleaned to be welcoming. The furnishings are also beautiful and authentic, everything else is missing. Excellent breakfast delivered to your home from a bar/pastry shop. In any case I wouldn't go back, there are better options for the same price.
