Convenient because it is adjacent to the downtown area. The room feels spacious because it is kept in the minimum necessary facilities. The front desk is polite. I was introduced to the restaurant, but there was no pinpoint introduction.

Just spent 10 days at the B&B Maxim in Palermo. Great city and a wonderfully located hotel. Our room was ideal and nicely furnished. Francesca was a brilliant host. Very helpful and informative about where we could visit in Sicily. Helped us with booking tickets and nothing was too much trouble for her. Visited Cefalu by train and the Sicilia Outlet mall by bus and basically walked the city of Palermo as well as using the hop on hop off bus service. Felt safe even at night. This was our first visit to Sicily and I’m sure we will be back. I recommend the B&B Maxim as the place to stay and Ottos as the place to eat

Ottima struttura in zona tranquilla ma centrale nella città. Tutte le attrazioni a pochi passi dall'hotel. Le camere tutte nuove, pulite e confortevoli. La nostra era fornita di angolo cottura con macchina caffè espresso, frigobar e in bagno addirittura vasca idromassaggio con cromoterapia. Buona la colazione sia dolce che salata. Il sig. Michele gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Assolutamente da consigliare...Palermo con il suo barocco è affascinante, per non parlare dei suggestivi mercati

For the price paid per night (＜£70) and its location, it’s what you need for exploring Palermo. Walkable distance to Palermo Lolli train station (where the airport train will take you) and bus stops. On a quieter street with coffee shop downstairs and a couple of bars in close distance. Lots of options for dinner close by too. The room was basic, clean, comfortable bed. The bathroom could go a refresh. Air con was okay. Managed to check in early which was welcome. There is a bit of noise you can hear from your neighbours / the reception but it doesn’t go on late at all.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in November 2023. We think it is a good hotel. This hotel is located in the center of Palermo, just a few minutes' walk to the Massimo Theater and the main shopping street is right next to the hotel. Along this street, you can easily reach the Quatro Canti. In fact, you simply live in the old town of Palermo. Paid parking is 20 euros/night. Weak points: 1. Little choice at breakfast. 2. Only one employee at the reception, so no one can even have time to give tourist information to guests as a concierge. I believe this is a tourist hotel but not a business hotel, so the hotel should offer some concierge-like services at the front desk.

L'accueil de Luciano a été tout simplement merveilleux. Malgré un litige avec l'organisme organisateur de notre voyage, Luciano a vraiment tout mis en oeuvre pour nous aider ,et régler très efficacement le problème. Et ceci sans se départir de son sourire et de son amabilité. Un grand merci à lui!
