In one room from air condition running water down, we i told it in recipient she told me all i can do is to clean,
In second room there were no air so we ask to move to another room ( in that room was pregnant women), they asked us to wait for day after, and they changed, but by the end they asked for change 20 euro
And in the third room we noticed that the close room can look inside the bath room . We complained about it and they said the they are not the bosses .
I refused to pay until the boss will came but he ignored us.
I want my money back

Simple breakfast. The room is basic for a short stay. Friendly staff. WiFi is only for 1 guest per room. No sea views or pool as stated in the booking.

Quaint place
Masseria Sant' Anna was a cute little hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms could use a little updating, but overall, not a bad place to stay. However, this hotel is located in Palese, not Bari proper and is really out of the way from anything interesting. it is a VERY quiet area with nothing to do...not really a tourist destination.

L'hôtel est bien situé, proche de la mer et de l'aéroport.
Par contre, il ne correspond pas du tout à un ' étoiles. il est vieillissant et mériterait une réfection. Les fenêtres sont dans un état déplorable, clim dans notre chambre ne faisait pas de froid. Dommage. Bon accueil cependant et bon petit déjeuner

Bon hôtel bien situé
L' hôtel est bien situe a 10 mn en voiture de l'aéroport et a 300m de la mer pas loin de deux bons restaurants face à la mer.
Bon service et petit dejeuner.
Seul bémol un canapé plus qu à bout de souffle au premier qui ne donne pas une bonne impression

cigolii e poco riposo
Le luci non si accendevano, la camera era ampia ma il letto era assolutamente scomodo e rumoroso, ogni minimo movimento era un concerto di cigolii...nella doccia c'era la finestra con gli infissi in legno "mangiati dall'umidità" terribili da vedere... riscaldamento con i condizionatori Rumoroso. Insomma a conti fatti era una sosta per riposare prima di prendere un aereo (ad qui la scelta vista la vicinanza all'aereporto) ma si è riposato piuttosto male...

Great stay, very friendly, helpful host
The apartment is situated just next to the train station and close to the shopping area and old town. Great restaurants in Bari.
Our host Pia is fantastic. She made a difference to our stay with her helpfulness. Always available and fast to reply to our questions. The apartment was fine and it was nice with the kitchen to share with the other rooms.
We hope to come back another time.

We arrived late at the accommodation. Car parking on the street. Friendly personnel checked us in. Rooms are spacious, but have also a certain age to it. Breakfast buffet in the morning was enough, but not spectacular. We checkout next day.
