Property location and layout is excellent, rooms need renovation. Breakfast included is very minimal and no variety, just tea/coffee, Egg bhurji, Vegetable cutlet, poha or upma and bread butter, same on all days. Liquor is available in variety and reasonably priced. Food at in-house restaurant is tasty and good. Bordi beach is around 5 kms. Overall good except for the breakfast.

Had a bad experience at this so called 3 star property. Staff is not at all co-operative and rude behaviour at the reception desk. No service provided by the hotel. I urge you to not visit this hotel.

Visited bordi and stayed at Hill Zill resort. Good resort to stay. Location - very quite n approx 6 km (15 min drive) from bordi beach. Rooms - Deluxe rooms are good, clean, spacious . overall rooms are good for the price they offer. Resort is well maintained, swiming pool for kids as well, kids play area, central area at resort, quite big resort. Food - good with reasonable rates. no nearby other restaurants.
