Domes Noruz Kassandra, Halkidiki - Adults Only

The hotel is nice don’t get me wrong, but it is in need of some renovation, particularly the sound proofing in the rooms. The service is second to none which makes the experience amazing! You will feel like they really care about your stay and are there to make everything in their power so that you have a great stay. The food options in the Topos Bar were quite limited, over-priced and generally the value for money balance was quite off. We did not try the dinner at the restaurant so can’t say anything about that. All in all it was a great experience and would love to stay again next year as they’ll be renovating in the winter.

We had a great time and some of the best hotel food we've ever had. Lots of young children though so if that's not your thing this hotel may not be for you.

Our 10 night stay was a mixed experience. The room was excellent with a comfortable bed, good walk in shower, good housekeeping and nice views. The only hiccup was to have the refrigerator changed. The grounds and pool were immaculate with plenty of beds and towels and attentive service. The beach swimming was lovely with clear water, many beds and good service. The fitness centres were adequate but we missed rowing machines which most hotels have. The food and drinks were not so good. The website mentioned evening dining in the beach restaurant but we were disappointed to find it closed at 6pm. The breakfasts were the best meal of the day with a wide variety of choice. As half board guests we were entitled to lunch in the beachside restaurant instead of dinner. The allowance was 15 euros per person off the a la carte menu. As the dinner must be worth much more we think the allowance should be 20 or 25 euros. The dinners in the buffet restaurant were disappointing with limited main course choices. Most hotels have 2 or 3 restaurants in the evening. We have stayed at Domes Corfu where the evening meal is waitress service which is preferable. The wine prices are very high compared to local restaurants. We got good service from guest relations who arranged a safari tour by jeep and a sunset cruise. Special mention of ioli, the manager. Overall an enjoyable stay but some services are not 5 star.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The services were perfect and the beautifully decorated rooms added a touch of elegance to my experience. The breakfast was high quality with a wide variety of choices, ensuring a delightful start to each day. The beach was also lovely. Overall, it was an exceptional experience!

The hotel's location is excellent and the view is fantastic! What made our stay more special was the staff, especially Demetris. He was always smiling, polite and willing to help with anything. His positive energy lifted our mood every day. Thank you so much :-) We hope to be back!

My Husband and I have just returned from an amazing 10 night stay at this amazing hotel. We arrived to a lovely welcome with a cocktail whilst we chilled out from our journey. All the staff are lovely and nothing is too much trouble, we had an issue with our fridge in our room not working and a few things not replenished when the room was cleaned, but as soon as we notified reception they sorted this all very quickly whilst we popped out for the evening. All the pool staff were amazing, too many names to mention but the personal touch of remembering your names was really nice. We had half board and the variety of choices for breakfast and the evening was very good, we always found something we liked. The drinks at the hotel can be pricey depending what you pick so we would normally head out after dinner. Hanioti is 2 minutes walk and has lots of bars and restaurants or there is Nicks bar next door, which has lots of reasonably priced drinks and a really friendly atmosphere. The beds in the rooms are so comfortable and the best nights sleep we have had, was a struggle to get out of in the morning. The only negative is the sunbed reserving which unfortunately happened everyday. The sunbeds have signs saying do not reserve and your items will be removed after 30 minutes however this is not enforced so did not stop people. Being early risers we would head down to the pool after breakfast at 9 and would always get a sunbed, we saw a lot of people putting the towels out to reserve the sunbeds and then heading off not to return till 2 hours later which meant a lot of people couldn't get a sunbed. Despite this one negative we had an amazing holiday and can't wait to return, we certainly did not want to leave this beautiful hotel.

We are fortunate enough to travel around, and stayed in lots of beautiful hotels BUT the people are always making the difference and we can say with all of our heart that Domes Noruz Kassandra has the greatest people working. A huge appreciation for Doru the Front office Manager, Ioli the guests services Manager , Christina the front office assistant Manager and all the team. You will always be in our hearts!!
