Perfect location right on the beach, all restaurants supermarkets are walking distance from the hotel , friendly and helpful staff , nice food , clean and fully equipped room . There is a beautiful roof garden on the top of the hotel with amazing sea view!! Special thanks to mr. Sassoon for his hospitality!! Strongly recommend it !!

Overall our experience was pleasant. The room was beautiful, we had a corner suite. It was clean and well appointed. Only issue we had is that staff did not speak Greek fluently. Nor did they speak English well enough to answer any questions like how to access the satellite TV that was advertised as an included item for your stay. As the property is located in Greece one would think that you could communicate in the Greek language. That was not the case. Any question that involved more than a yes or no answer was a cause for stress. Overall it was a pleasant experience the language barrier was only a nuisance.

We felt cheated. The room we got was not representative of the pictures at all. The room was old and dated. We paid for a room for 4 people and 2 of us had to sleep on a sofa bed which was extremely old and worn out, uncomfortable and saggy (for more than €300 per night). Staff was untrained, unprofessional and umhelpful. Breakfast was bad to average. Cleaning was inadequate (floor and bathroom was not actually cleaned for the 3 nights that we stayed). Only the location is good. Overall, this is not a boutique hotel, and definitely not a 4-star one. It’s more like a 1-star or a B&B and worth far far less than what we paid for it.
