It's okay for the price just to spend a night

Not much for service but location and amenities were fine. Bedding wasn't what it was advertised but ..6 /10

Great place

Fantastic position, pleasantly surprised at the excellent bathrooms and customer service!

Short walk to bus stop to go up or down the coast, staff very friendly, and above a great hotel.

Good good location and spacious and clean rooms. The only downside is there no option to cook even basic stuffs like noodles.

I think the service is very good

Great spot with plenty of eateries around including downstairs in the pub. The shared bathroom facilities meant some interesting actions/activities seen with not much personal discretion. ‘Shared bathroom’ doesn’t actually mean unisex facilities but that meaning is lost on some visitors. Room smelt a little musty - maybe the air conditioner was making the carpet seem moist. Otherwise, room size, fridge, hand basin, Air conditioner temperature and bed/bedding were all very good.

Been to Gold Coast 3 times, stayed here every single time. The shared bathrooms are huge and it's literally in the most convenient area.

Minutes walk to the beach. The room Very basic. Serves its purpose, just to sleep.

The room is very clean and even has a small refrigerator. But it is best not to check in after hours. You can store your package in the storage room of the bar on the first floor in advance, and then check in after 2 pm, but no later than 10 pm, it will be counted as after hours. It is annoying to call someone to open the door. There are toilets and bathrooms in the public area, and the water is big and warm. There is also a kettle, coffee and tea. So there are all the necessities of life. It is located near Palm Beach, and it takes 5 minutes to walk to the beach. There is Currimbin Zoo nearby. It is very suitable for the first stop after landing at the airport, 777 or 700 direct, visit an attraction and then go back to the accommodation to sleep. Recharge your energy for a night, and then slowly go into the city to Surfers Paradise the next day 😃

The hotel is very nice and clean, and the location is good, near the beach on the Gold Coast.

The hotel parking lot is public, so it's hard to find a parking spot, but you can park in it after a while and it's free. There is also a small balcony in the room. The bathroom and toilet are shared, but fortunately it is relatively clean. Very close to the beach, within walking distance. It's very convenient to eat around. It's very close to Currumbin Zoo, just a few minutes' drive away.
